Old 18th century farmhouse renovated in 2010 and 2019, located on a 4 hectare property, adjoining another gîte and the owner's accommodation, close to another gîte. Ground floor: entrance, living room/kitchen, lounge, 1 toilet. Upstairs: 3 showers, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed, 1 single bed, shower room/WC) (1 double bed, shower room/WC) (1 double bed, 2 single beds, dressing room), bathroom (bath + shower), Wifi. Private area of 5000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) Common area reserved for gîtes: swimming lane, unheated, (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Walking trail, cycle path, river fishing nearby. Options: End of stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax, heating package (electric + underfloor heating) €15/day (to be paid to the owner).

At the Y junction, keep left and drive 2.5 km to the hamlet of Brillac: this is the penultimate house on the left (n°97). Coming from the A83, exit n° 8 then as above.
