The property and room were beautifully decorated. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed, with a couple of exceptions. The lighting in the room was extremely dark, and the bathroom had no hooks and almost no countertop space. But otherwise the room was excellent! We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again!

Fun and beautiful new addition to Auburn. Rooftop bar is a must. Auburn University themed and very cute. Cafe in the morning is a must for great coffee.

Staff was outstanding rooms comfortable and very clean. Rooftop restaurant was ideal or get together. Food was outstanding would recommend to anyone that was staying in Auburn for a game or just visiting for the weekend.

Seriously the best hotel stay ever. Fast check in, gorgeous ambiance, spotless room. A text asking if I needed anything. A sound machine in the room (I slept well!) Valet service from my phone - even the tip so I didn’t have to go get cash. They make it so easy to stay here. I love it!

The hotel was so crowded with college age kids on Friday evening because evidently there was a Christmas party going on there. The valet situation was very cumbersome. It took a while to get our car on Saturday afternoon. There was some kind of false alarm at 12:15AM on Saturday night and we had to evacuate our room for 40 minutes outside in the cold. Then no one told us it was all clear, we had to ask the front desk clerk. The alarm continued to go off for another 15 minutes because they didn't know how to turn the alarm off. Had to get the fire department to disarm it. Plus, the "Sky Bar" across the street had music blaring very loud until 2:00AM. It was difficult to sleep. The hotel is beautifully decorated but needless to say, I will NEVER stay there again.
