Provencal villa with heated private pool

The property is located in the city centre, in the countryside, with an unobstructed view. It is set in a peaceful area. You will find all the comforts. The house is completely independent and offers air-conditioning. It is close to our house and has a fenced garden all around it. You will enjoy the view of Aubenas and the valley, at the end of which you will find the Ardèche River. There is a parking space for 3 cars. There are three covered terraces (one by the kitchen, with furniture, the second one with Ping-Pong table and table football, and the third one is a solarium). There is a large tiled pool area with furniture. You will find a 12x5-m gated pool, heated by a heat pump and covered. You can swim without worrying about the weather (wind or rain). Pool maintenance is assured. Beach towels are provided. The pool has been completely renovated in 2012 using the latest technology allowing chlorine absence, less aggressive for the water and the eyes.
There is also a private barbecue. Under conditions, it is possible to offers a bread and pizza oven. A travel cot is available. The holiday rates can decrease depending on certain elements (length of stay, etc.). You can play outdoor games (table football table and Ping-Pong table, boules balls). There is Wi-Fi in the house and around the pool.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player and a video-game console. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.

A Beautiful Villa in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Villa, with a heated pool for the children (two girls aged 9 and 12), ping pong table and boule for entertainment. An outdoor grill, table outside (and in), parking is easy, lovely trails for running recommended by Paul. The villa is close to the town, just a short walk (15 mins downhill), where you have lovely boutique shops and restaurants. We also booked a canyoning trip. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Paul for being a great host.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir wiederholen und auch weiterempfehlen würden. Der Host war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool, die Austattung, das Grundstück und die Parkplatzsituation waren super. Die Umgebung, die man mit dem Auto erreichen kann ist wunderschön und wir hätten noch mehr Zeit dort verbringen und unternehmen können. Der Markt am Samstag Morgen in Aubenas war sehr schön. Zu Fuß ist es in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus ungeeignet, um mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Es gibt kaum Gehwege oder Grünflächen. Das Grundstück ist nach der Auffahrt direkt an der Straße und die Autos fahren hier teils schnell. Man sollte mit dem Auto fahren, um mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen.Die Qualität des WLAN war meistens nicht ausreichend, wir mussten größtenteils auf unser eigenes Datenvolumen zurückgreifen. Wer während des Aufenthalts arbeiten oder studieren muss, sollte das wissen. Wir haben allerdings auch nicht daran gedacht, es vor Ort anzusprechen. Die Sauberkeit in dem Haus war gut, aber nicht perfekt. Generell war der Host sehr zuvorkommend und sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir durften Tomaten und Basilikum aus dem Garten nutzen und erhielten sogar eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Prachtig verblijf

Mooie accommodatie met echt zeer prachtig uitzicht. Het is de moeite waard om in de omliggende dorpen te gaan kijken. Vooral het plaatsje Aubenas met de bijbehorende zaterdag markt. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam bij vragen.

Maison très propre et fonctionnelle. Rien ne manque et les installations sont de qualité. Les extérieurs sont extrêmement agréables et incitent à vivre dehors. Piscine, barbecue, terrasse ombragée, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, jeux de raquette. Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances! Pour finir les propriétaires Gäelle & Paul sont très sympas et discrets. Malgré tout à disposition pour nous conseiller sur les choses à voir dans la région. Ein toller Erholungsurlaub

Wir , mein Mann und ich, die Kinder 15 und 16 Jahre und unser Labrador haben einen herrlichen Pfingst-Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet und sauber, der Pool mit 28 °C angenehm temperiert und das Wasser herrlich. M. Goubert hat uns am Anreisetag alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Aubenas und Umgebung gezeigt und auch Restaurant-Empfehlungen gegeben. Auch für die Teenager bietet die Umgebung viel mit Kanu- oder auch Kart fahren und auch das Zentrum von Aubenas, wo man nett shoppen kann, ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben die herrliche Landschaft beim Wandern genossen und auch die herrlichen Höhlenmalereien der Grotte Chauvet bewundert (Karten online buchen). Zum Abschluss wurden wir von unseren reizenden Vermietern auf ein Glas Wein eingeladen. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Abend mit französisch-deutscher Unterhaltung. Wir können das schöne Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

High quality villa with lovely owners

We arrived after a long drive from Epernay. We were greeted by the really friendly owners Jean Re and Lise who warmly welcomed us and showed us the villas facilities. The owners son Paul also maintained email contact to ensure we had everything we wanted, which we did. We felt that this was one of the best equipped properties we had stayed in. The villa was particularly tidy and clean. The owners are nearby in case of any questions but never intrusive. Jean Re and Lise made us feel very at home along with the high quality of the villa. The views are amazing and on a clear day you can see Mont Ventoux in the distance. It has a lovely heated pool which is large and three covered terraces and a lovely outdoor barbecue. Customer service from the owners was excellent, the area is lovely to explore. Be sure to do the gorge drive around Pont D'Arc. A very relaxing week with top tips for wine buying! Knowledgeable helpful owners on hand to help you have an amazing stay. On our last day Jean Re was kind enough to give us a route to Menton which took us right over the top of Mont Ventoux which was stunning (thanks Jean Re!) We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and would return if ever back in the area. You have everything you want here and some nice extra touches as well, a very happy stay.

A notre arrivée dans notre résidence de vacances à Aubenas, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Mme et Mr GOUBERT, les propriétaires - couple sympathique, discret et plein d'attention pour nous faire découvrir leur belle région en nous indiquant des lieux insolites. Leur maison est au "top" pour permettre de passer un excellent séjour - Ah la piscine couverte : un must ! et cerise sur le gâteau ; une vue superbe sur les monts ardéchois : en conclusion : un petit paradis que nous conseillons à tout le monde.

Wonderful villa, location and owners

Three of us spent a lovely 3 weeks at this villa. Jean-Ré and Lise couldn't have been more helpful - ideal owners. The location was perfect for exploring by car and for walking into Aubenas. Although not far, the uphill walk back helped to burn off the calories from the evening meals. Aubenas itself had a variety of shops and restaurants as well as interesting streets and local attractions. There were also plenty of pretty villages in the region. The cover on the pool was very useful in protecting it from the elements at this time of the year. Unfortunately, we did have over a week of thunderstorms, but it was late in the season. The views from the property over Aubenas and beyond were beautiful and we would hope to go back another time.

Location conforme en tous points à la description et même au-delà, très bien entretenue. Très grande piscine utilisable par tous les temps. Situation tranquille avec vue sur la ville au dessous. Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont donné toutes les informations pratiques (commerces, restaurants, sorties...) Je recommanderais sans réserve cette location à un ami. Visites des villes et villages environnant : Vals les Bains, Vogüe, Antraigues, Gorges de l'Ardèche , Aven d'Orgnac et même plus loin jusquà Orange.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour du 9 au 23 aout 2014. La location était très propre. Très bon accueil. La proximité avec les propriétaires a été un grand plus. Personnes très arrangeantes, très à l'écoute. Nous avons profité de leurs bons conseils pour découvrir la région et acheter les produits locaux de bonnes qualités. Merci encore à eux pour les bons moments partagés. Notre petit fils Lucas parle encore de ses vacances et la découverte du ''spiroballe''. La piscine couverte est un vrai plus. On peut se baigner par tous les temps. Les petits bémols sont pour nous: la qualité des couchages dans la chambre du haut pourrait être améliorée et un éclairage dans la salle à manger un peu plus puissant. Nous reviendrons sans doute rapidement.

Location idéale !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances très agréables dans cette magnifique région. La location correspond en tout point au descriptif de l'annonce. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par les propriétaires qui se sont montrés d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité de tous les instants. Nous avons même été guidés dans la ville d'Aubenas dans le but de nous faire découvrir les bonnes adresses du coin ! La maison est située sur les hauts de la charmante ville d'Aubenas; la voiture est donc fort pratique pour aller chercher la baguette fraîche du matin ! Si un séjour dans la région vous intéresse, ne cherchez pas plus loin !

Notre séjour à Aubenas s'...

Notre séjour à Aubenas s'est très bien déroulé. La location est magnifique, les propriétaires sont d'une discrétion et d'une gentillesse incroyables. Le jardin et la piscine, ainsi que les équipements sont à la hauteur de la description. La maison est située en hauteur, avec la chaleur en été, cela est très appréciable car il y a toujours un peu d'air, de toute façon il y a la climatisation, ce qui est toujours intéressants pour des locataires peu habitués aux grosses chaleurs (nous venons du nord de la France !). Nos enfants ont tout simplement adorés, nous également... nous espérons pouvoir revenir et profiter à nouveau de la tranquillité et du charme de cette villa.

Maison très agréable à vi...

Maison très agréable à vivre,située sur les hauteurs d'Aubenas !Très facile d'accès. A notre arrivée,la villa était très propre ,les lits faits,ainsi que les éponges et les torchons mis à disposition.Très pratique ,cela permet de ne pas s'encombrer avec le linge de maison. La villa est située le long d'une rue peu passante,avec une vue imprenable sur la ville d'Aubenas ,et magnifique la nuit,lorsqu'elle est illuminée. Les propriétaires sont des gens très disponibles et très à l'écoute de nos demandes(logement,découverte de la région,...) A disposition à volonté:piscine couverte(avec une salle de bain abritée qui permet de se rincer sans traverser la maison ,et ses WC),transats,baby-foot,table de ping-pong,... Sans oublier la salle à manger d'été,en extérieure mais abritée ,contigüe avec la cuisine et ombragée. Boulangerie à 1 km à pieds,ainsi que le centre-ville en partie,piéton,très belles petites ruelles et surtout le château à visiter. Vous apprécierez aussi les magnifiques orangers,citronniers,fleurs ... que la propriétaire entretient avec amour et passion. Quels parfums au réveil !!! A disposition ,vous aurez aussi le barbecue. Côté pratique il y a 3 WC(un dans la SDB extérieure , un dans la suite parentale et un à l'étage ,dans la SDB avec douche,appartenant à la chambre des enfants). Alors,n'hésitez plus! Super vacances garanties !
