Holes in towels Mild in shower Dirty rug Dirty furniture Loud Gross And broken fridge so my beers were warm Disgusting

We had towels that were dirty. Had to request new ones. It was supposed to be a clean room. The hall has cracks and peeling wall paper. The furniture in Lobby has wholes in it and cushions are sagging with stains all over them.

Front desk staff was ok but the facility was old looking dreary and dirty

Check in was very easy, our view was nice. The resturent was very good. The pool was huge. Valet parking was a nice surprise.

Very close to casinos and outlets. Great weekend great price for room. The rooms could use some updating but we didn't go for the room :)

was very close to the boardwalk, beds were very comfortable. the bathroom was OK not enough towels. only thing that was a nuance was that they took $125.00 out just in case of damages but they do give to you back.

The bed was comfortable & the location was great. The lobby was really nice, I was surprised that the Annex was a little outdated. Also, there was a balcony, which was nice.

Hotel was not what I expected. The room I got was extremely dirty & there was cockroach in my room. When I called downstairs the response I got from the operator was simply okay.. (pause) do you want me to send someone up? Umm if someone is calling about a cockroach you best believe we want someone to come up. And we shouldn't be asking to switch the room! That should be offered right away.

The Annex at the Chelsea was a great location to stay since we were going to the club in the Tropicana. Very close to the boardwalk and a short walk to all of the action in Atlantic City. All of the employees were very nice and accommodating. We forgot a wine bottle opener for our wine before our night out, and they sent someone right up to deliver one. The room was a little dingy, but otherwise very nice and looked to be quite clean. The bed was really comfortable! Overall, it was a really nice choice for the price that we paid.

WE had the best time. The hotel was cheap and close to the boardwalk. WE felt safe and the staff was nice and super friendly.

Perfect location. Two pool awesome staff. Birthday trip was a success. Very inexpensive hotel. There was 10 of us we booked 4 rooms and everyone had a great time.

Not at all. 1.5 hour late check in. No special congrats or accommodations for newly engaged to feel special. No fridge in room which is normally standard in hotels. Broken shower railing. Dirty balcony chairs, dress or drawer that kept opening and wouldn't remain closed. Staff or getting to remove comped fridge off bill until reminded at check out. Didn't have a great stay and was unremarkable in my mind.

Was ok hotel and rooms could use updating and much better finishing but for $79 a night not too bad and the location was great boardwalk a few steps from hotel entrance

I originally planed to come with a group but ended up just meeting a friend down there. I was very pleased with this part of town and the boardwalk. The hotel was well keep and I liked the amenities they provided even on the beach. I only wish they kept to pool open a little longer. Personnel was very professional, helpful and pleasant. I would come again.

Would not stay here again. Just not a warm atmosphere. Room was dingy and in need of updates. Overall this hotel is not the money and it's location is totally at the far end of the strip. Blah experience.

This is a nice location- close to the beach and the Tropicana casino. Room was okay... older decore- lamps right out of the 70's and a very worn chest of drawers where 2 drawers would not stay shut. The safety glass cover for the light in the closet was noticeably dislodged and the shower faucet handles were replacements that sometimes would simply spin with no water emerging from the spigot. It took some time to master that. The desk chair reminded me of what you might sit on at a firehouse wedding reception. :) Housekeeping entered my room without knocking shortly after check-in and startled me as I just got out of the shower. I placed a do not disturb sign soon after, but was awakened early the next morning by housekeeping- this time attempting to deliver a crib which I did not request. The walls are thin and I believe there were families with children on both sides- so early in the morning I was surrounded by the shrills of children jumping on the beds and occasionally bouncing into the walls. And the doors slammed so loudly it would definitely wake a light sleeper. If you wanna sleep-in at this place- forget it!! It's best for the gambler looking for a cheap place to sleep or the low budget family vacationers. Given all this.... I went for the casino and would go back. I chose this hotel because of the price and location and because I couldn't get a comp room at the casino for the date I wanted.

Manager on duty was very nice and attentive. Food runners were efficient. Pool and bar convenient to each other

This part of the hotel needs updating some paint and new carpets. Also a mini fridge and microwave would be nice. My phone didn't work in the room, lamp cord was ran under the mattress (extension cord) they can do much better
