Rooms were saunas. Front desk said someone would come fix and nobody did. Laid in 76 degrees sweating to death. Only had 2 out of 6 elevators working for the whole hotel. The lines to wait to get on to get up to your room were like a Disney world ride. We tried using the stairs and those are even shut. What if there was a fire?????? NEVER AGAIN!!

I always enjoy my stay here due to the rates and great pizza spot in there but the most dreadful thing is the elevator situation and how long I have to always wait. Especially during the morning hours when people are checking out. Seems like there’s only like 2 elevators out of 6 working and it’s just a nightmare.

The room was fine, maybe even recently remodeled. But the only half of the elevators were running, so there was a line of 5-45 minutes to get up to the rooms, and we just took the stairs down at checkout. The rotating door at the main entrance was also broken and literally papered over with ads, so that only one of the front doors could be used to enter or exit. It just seems like nobody is keeping up with maintenance in an effort to save money.

Didn’t get my room there was a leak in it so they gave me another room that I didn’t like the air in there was horrible. It was too hot. I only slept three hours. The staff was wonderful the manager. Amanda was amazing.

The room had a scent I’m thinking it was the carpet the bath in the bathroom wasn’t good it had a crack and the water was gathering underneath it so that made it soft and wobbly, the elevators wasn’t working we had to take the stairs from the 20th floor, on arrival we couldn’t get a cart to put our bags to carry and then they gave us one that was broken, the place is a mess.

STAY AWAY!!! 3 out of 6 elevators didn't work, and operating ones still stalled and alarms went off between floors. At midnight there was a line up the hall to get elevator to room. Security was ushering guests into Many shops and restaurants are closed. Restrooms on ground floor closed too. Maintenance obviously in not a priority. Whole property is dated and in need of major overhaul. Something good? Check-in was fast and friendly. Eclair coffee shop good. If you have kids and don't care about quality of property, water park and arcades may be for you. Otherwise, avoid. Too many better choices in AC.
