The area has homeless people but once u go to boardwalk it's not bad. It"s not just around this hotel but it's all over. I appreciate the police patrol and watching the areas. Location is very convenient and has many food selections. Staff was helpful. Check in was easy. I would come back to this hotel. Family enjoyed their stay and didn't want to leave. Lot of nice places to take pictures

I had a good experience there. Staff was good. They have a wonderful diner for breakfast. I haven’t eaten there for lunch, but I’m sure that’s good too. I’ve been going there for 10 years. Consistent food good portions. I would definitely go back there.

A little unfriendly smelled really good but a good spray is it's just that a good spray I think the rooms need a deep cleaning. Other than that it was a convenient low cost alternative when you're in the city on the weekend and there's nothing else affordable around. A bonus is no roaches that I saw at least

The hotel was OK to stay in for a few days but for family vacation getaway. It’s not it was last minute. They had a room available for me and my kids, which was good but all the room smelt like smoke if it’s non-smoking in the rooms, the room. should not smell like smoke. There was a limited on blankets. I did like it had a pool and it was clean. Love that we wasn’t too far from the beach or the boardwalk.

There’s only 1 pool Which turned out to be okay there is no arcade on site but it is right up the street there was no breakfast included And the room and Hotel REEKS of Smoke Best thing was the 1 pool and the walking distance to the beach
