Overpriced for what you get in a room. Light fixtures were dirty and dusty and the bathroom light fixture was rusty. The heater whined every time it ran. The windows were LONG overdue for a cleaning. It was a decent sized room, but it’s very outdated. There were not any chairs to sit on except the one at the desk and these cubes at the end of the beds. Other hotels have a chair at a table or something. Seeing that we had to cut our 2 night stay short due to the weather, we couldn’t get a refund so in total I paid $900 for a 1 night stay at a mediocre hotel room.

I wanted to try the classic FISH & CHIPS and made a reservation for 12/13 @ 12pm for Gordon Ramsay’s Pub. I specifically asked if FISH & CHIPS would be available. I arrived at 12pm and before seating I asked the Hostess about the FISH & CHIPS. The Hostess confirmed that would be available. I was at my table and ordered the FISH & CHIPS. The waiter said that dish was not available. So I was disappointed and confused.. So, no fish and chips for me that day…. Your staff need to get their information right.

Upgraded our room to the NOBU experience and the room was very nice! Staff friendly and professional! Only negative was, although the room is a nonsmoking room, you can smell the smoke from the smoking rooms! Wish they had a nonsmoking floor!

The water in the shower was so hot b/c it seemed the knob was broken. Otherwise nice & spacious room. No complaints except thin walls. Ocean 7717 didn’t have a nice view at all if that's desirable.

This hotel was convenient to the hospital. My mother required emergency orthapedic surgery, hence our reason for going to Atlantic City. The Caesars parking garage has a covered skywalk right into the hospital, so you don't need to walk in the surrounding neighborhood. We had a king room with ocean view. The room was large, clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable and in much better condition than i expected. Nice, large bathroom with a walk-in shower, all fixtures in good repair. Like most casinos, it's a large building and there's a lot of walking through the casino or banks of slot machines to get from place to place (I didn't mind the walking). Restaurants were good but pricey (we chose to not leave the hotel). We ate at Hell's Kitchen and Superfrico for dinner, good service and well-prepared food and drinks. The Gordon Ramsay Pub doesn't open til 8am, so we ate breakfast at the Tazza Cafe; they had good coffees, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. Pricing is dynamic so we paid a bit more for Friday and Saturday night, but it was a good room for the price. I would stay here again.
