Overall we rate it a 4. Price a bit high, esp for not having a convenient parking space. Not even sure what the service fee was for. I should have inquired earlier. Kitchen was stocked well and up to date. Some tiles in tub are loose and other shower stall leaked. Throw rug in living room could be cleaned or just eliminated. Liked having our own washer and dryer. Pillows could use covers, as when cases were removed, they were yellow.

The place was everything we expected! Clean and comfy! The location is absolutely amazing. Only downside was having to park in a separate lot, but honestly it was super close and convenient to the beach. So we just left all of our beach gear in our vehicle! We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

cozy and convenient with kids

We are a family of five, so its not always easy to find a space where we fit. This condo works. From the two bedrooms separated on opposite sides of the condo to the ample breakfast nook seating, it all worked. The full bathroom by the kids room was also big enough for them to brush teeth two at a time and easy to wash the little one. Overall, good stay and the pool on property is better in person than it looks in the pictures. The only downside was parking a couple of blocks away, but its a walkable area, so it was not a big deal.

Great place to stay!

Perfect location. Close to everything. The beds and furniture are comfortable. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Everything was as expected. It was nice not having any issues or questions at all. I would definitely stay here again.

A fabulous 2 bedroom condo with pool that was nearly private most of our stay. A quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely be rebooking for next year.

Just had an amazing stay with our family at this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The location was absolutely perfect, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. The condo itself was incredibly spacious, giving us all the room we needed to relax and unwind. Plus, the ease of unloading our stuff from the car when we arrived made settling in a breeze. We were able to dive right into our vacation without any delays! One of our favorite highlights was the pool! It was the perfect spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The offsite parking spot was right next to the boardwalk, which made it super convenient for us to access the beach without lugging all our beach gear back and forth! We must give a shoutout to Kim and Steve, the hosts of this outstanding place. Their communication was second to none, and they constantly checked in on us throughout the week to ensure we were having the best experience possible. Their hospitality truly made our stay exceptional If you're looking for a great getaway, we HIGHLY recommend this fantastic condo! You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed the centralized location, ground floor was a bonus also. Once you park at the Charlie Lot you are definitely walking thru out the rest of your stay. The unit is spacious and updated well.

Very clean and updated and great location for boardwalk and beach

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 4. Having a pool and grill available was a great alternative when we wanted a non-beach day. It borders busy 9th St which connects to the bridge, but we couldn't hear any traffic noise over the air conditioners. Several restaurants and shops are within a block when we didn't want to venture to the boardwalk. The one parking spot is a couple blocks away right next to the boardwalk so we used one of our cars as a storage for beach stuff and left it right down there. Parking for the other car on the street was a challenge at times, but did find a spot eventually.
