Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.

First time at Atlantic beach

This was all of our first time staying in Atlantic Beach, A Place at the Beach, and using Vacasa. Overall 4/5 Stars. Cleanliness of the property= 3/5 stars. The floors were filthy. We had to throw away all of our socks as they were stained black. Everything else seemed to be clean and orderly. Check in Process= 2/5 stars. Having to keep track of 2 packets was too much. 1 packet from Vacasa and 1 packet from A Place at the Beach. AND KEYS! OMG... Such a hassle! Made 3 separate trips for keys. I would give 4/5 Stars for E-Lock handles and Vacasa App Check-In with 1 information packet already in the room! Accuracy of the listing= 4/5 Stars. Everything was as expected, except the dryer heating element didn't work. So we had to take our wet clothes to the laundry room... which was not an issue until Ophelia came thru and we had NO ACCESS to the laundry room in the L building, as we were in the K Building. Communication with property management = 5/5 Stars. Vacasa did not disappoint. They were on top of the toilet issue we had and repairs were made the next day. Keys were also provided as requested. Wonderful job! Location/Neighborhood= 5/5 Stars. We really enjoyed the property grounds. We loved that Everything was within a short driving distance. Great location! Overall 4/5 Stars.

The unit was cozy and clean. Had a nice big balcony for sitting outside. It had what we needed. The check in process was confusing. We needed to get the keys at Vrbo office but was not told where to get the parking pass or the activity bands. They were not given in the packet with the keys to the unit. So we had to check in at the Place At the Beach unit as well to get our bands and pass.
