Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


This condo is located on the first floor with a courtyard view, offering all the comforts of home! With plenty of seating in the living room for the whole family, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV or watch DVDs with ease. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and unwind in the fresh ocean air. 5th year bringing our grandchildren to APATB. So many activities that they enjoy. Most people flee the beach during a tropical storm but it didn’t stop us! Used the indoor pool this year a lot! Perfect resort for families with children!

Overall the resort and location are wonderful. My family loved the big pool, putt putt, and the beach access is convenient. The condo had all of the features we needed, however I think the condo needs a deep clean and a refresh. Our feet were dirty the first evening from walking on the floors and there is visible dirt/grime on surfaces. Beds were squeaky, knobs are corroded, doors misaligned, furniture crowded… the place just needs some love unfortunately.

Nice Place

The amenities were fantastic and the complex was well kept. The condo was updated and decorated nicely but the cleaning crew is not very good. Floors were very dirty. And found blood stain on the sheets and pillow cases. We rent 2 other condos and those were only spot cleaned. We had to go through and clean all 3. Other than that we loved it.
