there was a bed bug in the bed with me. when i spoke with the front desk i was giving nothing but attitude. i did not receive a full refund i only got back half. this was very disappointing.

Almost everything was out of order. That included one of the elevators. Many electronic systems were compromised. ( I know because I install these systems for a living) To get ice, you had to go to another floor Most of the vending machines were empty or not functioning. There were out of order signs on everything breakfast related. Definetly won’t be staying at that location or vendor anymore. Overall, I’ve stayed in much better for half the price. A total disappointment

It was terrible. They have roaches in the room, they haven't clean the rooms forever the dirt was caked up on the walls , carpets , bathrooms have alot of mlm oldnon the walls it is an absolute catfish compared to what it shows online

The hotel was near the interestate with very little traffic. The pool seemed nice, but it was too cold outside to try it out.

Updates are minimal, my room was not as clean as it should have been.

I have stayed at several Wingates by Wyndham and have never had a problem until this time. The only good thing they have is staff. They were very pleasant checking in and out. When checking in we were told the elevator was out. Ok... no problem we were only on the second floor and they had security to help. The rooms were filthy!!! Dust and dander EVERYWHERE! Mold in the bathroom, torn shower curtain!If we didn’t arrive so late I wouldn’t have stayed there not one night. Only about 3 channels on the tv were working after we had to call down for them to bring us a remote. I have never felt so uncomfortable. This place needs some serious cleaning and updating!

Friendly staff, nice lobby, nice amenities with a Pool, gameroom and gym which I checked out but did not use. Elevators need repair, one was out of order, other had damaged floor and made sketchy noises. Room was clean but outdated, no remote for TV. The courtesy Coffee in the room should be sourced elsewhere, was tasteless, however the coffee in Lobby was good. Overall, it was inexpensive and a clean place to lay my head for a night. I'm pleased with what I received based on cost.

The property has a lot of problems. The staff was not professional at all. The elevator sounded like it was going to stop on you. The continental breakfast doesn't serve very much stuff and the milk was spoiled. The room was not very clean. They only gave us 2 towels and the front desk couldn't give us any more to bathe with. Sink was stopped up and the faucet had to be turned a certain way to turn off. Refrigerator didn't work. The list goes on and on!!!!!!! So many customers were complaining that it wasn't FUNNY!!! I will NEVER EVER STAY THEIR AGAIN!!!!

The best part by far was the continental breakfast offered each morning. I indulged in biscuits with gravy, sausage, bagels, waffles, juice, and coffee. There's also eggs, muffins, cereal, and bananas. The third morning didn't have every item, but I was nonetheless thrilled with the breakfast experience overall. On the downside, the bathroom water wasn't clean at first (rusty pipes?), and minor things like the coffee table legs were falling off, the hair dryer was old and dirty, and for me it was a downer that the fitness room was unavailable due to repairs the whole time. The bed was nice, housekeeping did a great job, and overall I was satisfied

I enjoyed that the hotel was right by the park (Six Flags), so I didn't have to pay for parking while staying there :). I could just walk from the hotel to the park, and enjoy the day there. Back to the hotel, I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness--the floor in the hallway was covered with food droppings, and the carpet had a lingering musty odor. My room was very nice, and well kept. The breakfast was great every morning :)!!

Not what expected, the four stars should be zero. Clean it up and repair and replace out dated and damaged items!!!

Liked Location and design of facility Disliked condition. The room had not been cleaned so we were given a different room without any towels or blankets.

The property is accessible, but the cleaning in the bathroom is average. The pool was not in condition.

I liked the price. I didn't like the bathroom. The property was a little worse for wear, but it was airly inexpensive, so...
