Hotel is under construction. Noise during the day. Service compromised. We have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience.

Beautiful spot close to Piedmont Park and Midtown Atlanta. Close to MARTA stations and art museum. Fun place to be.

8/10 Great staff, great food and drinks. The bartenders are amazing, great atmosphere. Sofa in the room could have been cleaner along with the patio cushions. We were treated like family there. Much more positive than negative for sure.

The Hotel staff is quite helpful. The Lobby is almost off-putting. There is no waiting area for guests checking in or out. The decor is dark and very uninviting. The carpets create a startling instead of a soothing effect in the corridors where the rooms are and in the Breakfast area. We were disappointed to be not linked to the Wedding Party Group for which we booked 5 nights.

Hotel did not have a refrigerator or mirror. Rooms are very small.

I spent a few hundred dollars a night on a hotel room here and I expected much more out of my hotel. My towel rack was broken and falling out of the wall, outlets weren’t screwed in and we’re hanging out of the wall, and there were stains all over the carpet. I brought in snacks from a convenience store, and they still ended up charging me for snacks (which I did not eat) at a rate of $35.00. They are not in a great location and there is lots of construction. I went in expecting a little more for the money I spent, but was sadly disappointed.

Hanicapped room with with broken shower. Enough said.

I booked the W for the location in Midtown for my birthday. It's convenient and BEAUTIFUL. You have the option to find parking or valet. They were really friendly and helpful. The only thing I found odd but not really an inconvenience was that there wasn't a fridge (or we couldn't find it). It's not a big deal and didn't make the experience bad but just helpful to know. We had a spectacular city view double queen room. It was clean and in great condition. There may be fridges in bigger rooms or suites. But The W Midtown was perfect and I'd stay there again and recommend.

from check to check out all was wonderful with our stay here at the W Midtown

I would recommend this hotel to any couple for a short getaway. Staff made my boyfriend feel like a million bucks for his birthday. Great Staff 100% .

Second time staying there. Can't beat the location.

Can hear everything in the hallways including doors closing. Also can hear straight through the walls and everything your neighbors are doing... specifically things your don't want to hear. Def will not stay here again unless I plan on partying all night.

I was there from Saturday at 8 pm to 11 am...they charged $44!!! Their answer was "we charge by the day"...NEVER STAY OR PARK HERE!

The room was run down and dirty. The staff at the front desk were rude during check in and check out.

Staff is uniformly helpful. My objection is management's focus on selling products at the expense of guest comfort. Getting on WiFi requires many steps. Room is filled with bottles of water bearing a 'drink up' sign, and in smaller letters $5.00. Every shelf in the room and half the desk is filled with food and beverage items for sale. Sofa has no lighting source near it. Only one side of the queen bed has an outlet to charge your phone, etc. For a modern hotel, it's surprisingly not well suited for a traveler's needs.

Great hotel! If you want a party envirnment in your lobby on the weekends only this is your spot! Sexy crowd of people amazing vibe and hotel rooms are a bit in need of upgrades but the hotel is the W Hotel feel and vibe!

Very modern and clean. Easy check in. Parking was expensive though.

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed staying here and definitely plan on returning. So classy!

Overpriced for quality and service. Also what hotel charges for wi fi in 2016?
