dont expect good sleep

Everyone

Can hear everything in the hallways including doors closing. Also can hear straight through the walls and everything your neighbors are doing... specifically things your don't want to hear. Def will not stay here again unless I plan on partying all night.

don't use their parking!

I was there from Saturday at 8 pm to 11 am...they charged $44!!! Their answer was "we charge by the day"...NEVER STAY OR PARK HERE!

The hotel does not own nor operate the Colony Square parking garage that is adjacent to the hotel and we have signage placed at the entrance of the garage that indicates this. The hotel does offer valet parking with an overnight charge of $36 and it includes in/out privileges. I do hope that you will consider visiting us again as we would love to welcome you back. the check in staff were all rude.

The room was run down and dirty. The staff at the front desk were rude during check in and check out.

too edgy to bother with guest comfort

Staff is uniformly helpful. My objection is management's focus on selling products at the expense of guest comfort. Getting on WiFi requires many steps. Room is filled with bottles of water bearing a 'drink up' sign, and in smaller letters $5.00. Every shelf in the room and half the desk is filled with food and beverage items for sale. Sofa has no lighting source near it. Only one side of the queen bed has an outlet to charge your phone, etc. For a modern hotel, it's surprisingly not well suited for a traveler's needs.

great hotel very popular

Great hotel! If you want a party envirnment in your lobby on the weekends only this is your spot! Sexy crowd of people amazing vibe and hotel rooms are a bit in need of upgrades but the hotel is the W Hotel feel and vibe!
