Between crackheads roaming around, hookers waiting outside to sneak in the hotel "key card access door", loud ghetto guests hanging out in the lobby, and murky smoky jail-inspired rooms...I wouldn't recommend this hotel for animals to stay in.

The room was so terrible .. Everything was falling apart . You can even tell from the lobby ..

After a long, tiresome drive, I arrived at the hotel a bit before 1 AM. The deskman said I was not booked, there was no confirmation from Orbitz and I would have to contact Orbitz to verify my reservation. I returned to my car, took a while searching through my suitcase and briefcase in the dark, came up with my iPad, with the confirmation notice from Orbitz, but the deskman insisted that I would have to pay again, anyway, which I was unprepared to do because my original confirmation stated that there would be absolutely no refunds whatsoever. After going online in a futile effort to resolve this, I was exhausted by 3:00 AM and agreed to pay a second time just to sleep. As I was being booked -- miraculously-- my reservation was found.

was there for the IWF expo

The whole place reeked of pot smoke. Literally, every floor smelled of pot. The lobby, the stairwell, the elevator (which smelled like pot and sweaty people). I have traveled in Guatemala, Mexico, Morocco, Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Canada, and across the US 3 times, and this was the first time that immediately upon checking into my hotel I was overwhelmed with a desire to leave. I would never in a million years pay to stay there again.

Property and room were not what I expected, disappointing. Hotel was great, helpful and easy to deal with

In room 322, could hear person above stomping around all night and early morning, asked for a new room the man up front said they didn't have any empty rooms which I don't believe, the room was old and dated and dirty, when I left the hotel I noticed all my belongings smelled of cigarette smoke, the room must have been a smoking room at some point. The only thing good I can say that is not far from restaurants

Not a very clean room. It honestly seemed as if the bedding was the only thing that was cleaned after the last guests. There was a big chunk of hair right next to the fridge, I am not sure how someone can miss that. The staff was not bad though.

I could not stand with the smelling (soap) in the room.

Smelly, small rooms desperate for an update. Thin walls, loud halls. Avoid this place unless you're 20 years old and need a cheap place to crash after a night of partying.

Great hotel for the money, location, and using for a home base while spending your day vacationing. Bathroom and shower are small, the rest is fine. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

It was totally unsatisfactory. Non-smoking room had burns on the furniture, the room smelled and had mildew in the rest room. I would not take my clothes off in this dump. I requested a refund and was denied. I gave the room to a homeless couple I hope they didn't catch anything.

Had a good stay friendly staff just a bad area of town

I was in town for dragon con , so to find a hotel that was close and affordable was godsend. The staff was great but the area at night wasn't the greatest. I would of love a better beds and a shuttle service to the downtown areas.

This particular hotel is questionable. I almost thought I was at someone's house. The room is an open floor and the hotel seems vacated. I started to ask myself where is the hotel. There is no real service to date for this location, etc. This hotel is very spooky.

Nothing special, but it was inexpensive and the staff was friendly.

If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in for a night in downtown Atlanta where you don't have to pay $100+, then this may be good enough. However, if you are expecting anything more than that (such as clean, decent sized room with a working tv), try looking elsewhere. This is one of the cheaper options in downtown Atlanta, so don't expect much.

Not a bad hotel to stay at if you like to take a cold shower. When getting ready in the morning I found out my room did not have hot water, called to the front to notify them and was told maintenance would be up. Waited for over an hour nobody. Went down stairs to the desk looking for maintenance was told he was coming. Nothing! Had to take a cold shower so I didn't mess the game. Checked out. Got my full refund for the day I didn't stay and only 15 from the night I did stay. (Also had two young kids with me whom didn't get to shower)

Location is a little sketchy and even some of the guest are questionable. Okay for a one night stay and you get what you pay for. Cheap and served its purpose for just one night and no more. Bathroom is small and the shower is very tiny that I almost didn't have room to turn around.

My families hotel stay was awful. We didnt stay there a good 6 hours before we left. The carpet through out the hallways smelled awful, and the elevators smelled like urine random people walked the hallways all night. The room was very small, and i payed for a queen bed but got a full instead. You could barely turn around in the bathroom. Very bad experience..!!!!!
