Loved the friendly hotel cat, the hip staff that had great advise on where to go to grab some good food in the area, the bed was comfortable, cute historic vibe.

Loved this stay! Old and no amenities. But everything was very clean and a lot of character in the building! Restaurants and a grocery stote are within walking distance! (2 blocks to grocery store).

The hotel has a lot of character (in a good way). I like older hotels and this one is clean and comfortable. Staff isn’t too friendly but the hotel location is within walking distance of a park and some restaurants and shopping.

Was very quaint and quiet, good restaurants within walking distance.

This was a gem for the price. The room was clean and spotless and had some nice furnishings in keeping with the character of this older historic inn. My interactions with staff were helpful and pleasant, they made some good suggestions for nearby places to eat and things to do. The common area, set back from the entrance, was warm and interesting and a great place to sit and read or look at the artworks. All in all a good experience, in a good location. Yes it's old, but quite functional and quiet. So some of the flooring is not completely level, who cares? BTW, the bathroom was large and the shower worked great. It has character and is a good value, I would stay there again.

Don't be fooled by the charming stone exterior and fountain in the picture. Hotel is very seedy and bar next door plays loud music until the wee hours.

It's an older place with so much charm and in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to a lot of cool places in Atlanta. Had no issues and would definitely try to stay here again next time we are visiting.

great location and value. staff not particularly friendly or helpful.

Fish in pond outside at front Entrance????? To many Dogs all over place

The furnishings have been recently updated. Our room was clean and quaint. Will definitely return! Love the house cat, 'Pirate."

Very dated. Was close to thing were we needed to be. Don’t believe there was a level floor in the place.

This inn is quite old and it shows. While it's not dirty or anything, it is...a bit worn down. The tile in the bathroom is no longer white but grey and the AC system is window-unit based so it will struggle to keep a larger room cool. The hotel, in general, doesn't have that spic and span feeling, but this is due to age rather than the efforts of the excellent staff. However, the room was quite large! Two queen beds in two rooms with well stocked kitchenette. There's free coffee and muffins in the dining room in the morning and the one-eared inn cat named Pirate is great!

I liked the historic charm of this Inn. Close to some restaurants & movie theater. Loved the hotel mascot, Pirate! Very relaxing atmosphere. Good price since everything in Atlanta is expensive! 5 min to downtown.

It was vintage old school felt like home I loved the layout the staff was so wonderful there is so much to do in the area eat shop you name it even a gas station

Property in really bad condition and extremely outdated.

Smal, quaint Inn in the hard a College town. Inn is old can use some upgrades but comfortable for a short stay. Convenience was a plus. I would stay again.

This is a great, very old and a bit quirky hotel but it is in a great location, very clean, onsite free parking and was perfect for my stay. The rooms are small compared to modern standards and the entire building is very old but that adds to the charm. I was impressed with the cleanliness. I checked in early and when I walked in the room smelled clean and fresh. Nice courtyard in the middle but it was cold to use when I stayed. Little room off the lobby with reading materials, games, maps and coffee. Coffee shop next door includes a cup of joe with room stay as well. There is also laundry and plenty of sitting areas with books and reading materials. Resident cat is there to greet you and they are also pet friendly for a small charge. Overall, a great hotel for a reasonable price. I would stay here again and recommend it as long as you are okay with a smaller room and older building, for me it added to the charm. Staff was great as well.
