As you enter, enjoy the beautiful open concept, sun drenched dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is adorned with quartz countertops, wood accents, built in drop zone, stainless steel appliances and complimentary snack bar. The living room consists of a 75” Television with a sound bar and subwoofer perfect for a movie night. The backyard deck is a perfect area for grilling and entertaining. There’s also 1 bedroom with a Queen bed located on the ground level with a full bath.

Head upstairs to more oversized windows and an abundance of natural sunlight. The master suite features a king sized bed, his and her vanities, illuminated LED mirrors, soaking tub, and custom tile shower. There is also 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd level, one with two twin beds and the other has a king bed.
