The virtual check in is so weird and impersonal. Parking is not free for our car had to pay $15. Keycards malfunctioning. Noisy location by highway. Weird motel location in the center of downtown. No outside access (had to use a keycard) which is why i booked this hotel to start with.

These are the worst people on the face of the earth. Trying to get out of doing their job at even just the most basic level. Faking outrage at the slightest thing. Just so they can say get out or we will call the cops. That way they could go back to watching Charles in charge right then instead of in three minutes after they checked us in.
