The room was so beachy and clean! The staff was amazing everywhere went, and we went to the lounge upstairs, the restaurant downstairs (the mac and cheese could have been better), used room service etc....we plan to stay there every year on our visit to America's Mart!

Thread count of sheets on Queen Softa. One was ripped. Blanket worn and not good quality. I did not know the resturant took reservations and we didnt get to eat as a priority patron staying in the condo. 19th floor bar was closed alot. Could not use resort bar credit.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The location is great, the property is super clean, the staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating, lots of dining in walking distance, but also lots that are only a short drive away. I arrived after midnight, but they were there with a cherry smile and helped me get to my room. The room was perfect very clean and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic and easy to get to anywhere from there. The only problem with the place is not with the hotel but Uber can’t find the location so maybe they need to work with Uber to help them fix that issue.
