My stay was okay, but there were several concerns that affected the experience. At check-in, I was informed that they were running low on room keys, so I could only receive one, which I found a bit odd. Additionally, the bed linens and duvet were stained. I requested for them to be changed, but unfortunately the replacement set was also stained. On the second day, there was no hot water in the building. The stay was manageable, but improvements in housekeeping and basic amenities are needed.

Room was clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Elevators were down, had to walk down 6 flights of stairs, but one elevator was repaired when we returned later that night. We were disappointed that the famous cinnamon rolls for breakfast were dry and not as good as once before.
