The room was great! Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations, they worked hard to not have it interfere with our stay! Everyone was friendly! THe waitress at the restaraunt was amazing!

I needed a room due to my father being at Emory University Hospital. There are signs that state the building is “under renovations”. It is obvious that this is the hotel locals come to- to party all night- and smoke weed. The vent in the bathroom says ‘change filter every 7 months’. When I got out the shower I looked closer and there was no filter in it. Clearly looked as if a filter had never been in it! So don’t look at it!! The heating/ac unit has puddles of water on top of them. My ‘neighbors’ decided to party all night and I had lady bugs on my ceiling that were falling on me all night. When I went to the front desk, the clerk was very kind and apologetic and switched my room Immediately. Check out is 11 but that doesn’t stop housekeeping from walking straight into your room at 0945. If you want to be the local party hotel with weed smell as soon as you walk in- at least try to make it look nice. Signs stating “undergoing renovations” doesn’t cover the fact that this is a failing hotel. Majority if vehicles in the lot were from Dekalb Co. Very disappointing stay. I checked out and moved to a Hilton.
