Some of the front desk staff was pleasant; others seemed dismissive. I did loke that they had a maintenance person vomr to my room to resolve my issues fairly the quickly. I did appreciate that the refrigerator & microwave worked nicely. A more expensive hotel, in the area, couldn't say the same on my last.trip. The style of the room was modern. Loved that !!!

Found hair in shower curtain, communicated to Front Desk). One of two elevators was out of service during whole stay. Buffet breakfast ran out of fresh fruit (not available on Wednesday). Also Egss station should offer an option without cheese for fat discerning guests (other station offers sausages) when they offer ommelettes. Could offer plain yoghurt too as an alternative to sugar loaded. Lisa at Front Desk was very helpful, courteous and guest service oriented.
