Staff was not pleasant to deal with and extremely slow. Most of the time they are not even there after a certain hour. Hotel safety is questionable as anyone could just come in without checking in with the staff that isn't there!

Was on my own to find a room thanks Orbitz and extended stay will not be using either of you anytime soon if ever

I would say that this hotel is a bit pricey. The staff is very helpful. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, but I suppose this is because you are provided with a kitchenette. The room was clean. The area is quiet and safe. There are nearby places to eat and/or shop for groceries.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was immaculate. Hot breakfast was delicious. homemade waffles, pastries, fruit, cereal, juices so much to choose from!

Nice hotel for the price. Very close to my destination.

Excellent and very clean would go back. Had a probl locking my door and they fixed it immediately . A very nice place to live when away from my home . Would go back

i had a nice 1 night stay at this hotel. I was worth the price that i paid for it

When we reached the hotel at midnight, staff said, it is already allocated to others and they don't have any room. With the 1 year old baby standing outside the hotel not knowing what to do was the worst experience.

Good long stay hotel. Forget the breakfast except the coffee.

Everything was to my satisfaction and liking... The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable... I enjoyed my stay very much...

My stay was wonderful... I was given very courteous and top rate service by the hotel in both the process of checking in and checking out... I will definitely stay at this location again...

Have stayed at this hotel several times . Always a great expierence.

Very clean and well located to restaurants and shopping.

Very friendly staff, nice room. Mattress a little hard, could be a litle softer, would stay again.

The hotel was in close range to everything. Very clean room.

My stay was very nice. Small kitchen In our room and the stay it self was enjoyable.

For an "extended stay" hotel, one expects to get the best rates for staying a week-plus and to find little amenities taken care of. I got one of the lowest rates in the area for a mere 2-night stay, which was great. It was clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. In exchange for that, there were a few small details missing. The ad says "hair dryer in room", but you have to ask for it at the desk. No shampoo or other bath bottles. A kitchenette with dishes and stove, but no dish detergent. Good high-speed wireless internet, but no fitness center and no business center that I saw. My stay was 2 nights. My bill was under $110 including tax, where the rest of the neighborhood was more than that nightly. For my visit, it was great. For a longer trip, I would invest the cost and time of one evening on minor supplies and groceries.

The linen was very filthy, it consisted of stains and hair strands. The staff was very nice and helpful when it came to advicing me about the amenities.

Good for the price I paid. If u r looking for an afforfable hotel abd locate in the center. This is it.

Have stayed here before . Always a great hotel....
