We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and it was very clean! The staff was kind and prompt making check in/out seamless. Once the curtains were drawn we could not hear the traffic from the highway and trust me I am a light sleeper. Overall it’s a great and clean place to stay for a night or two!
The hotel location is very noisy, but the service is good.
The room was small and smelled of smoke. Upon arrival there was a parking fee. The only good thing was checkout time was noon.
The hallways were really smelly, a mixture of old carpet and weed. The elevator doors would not close. The cafe food is decent but very pricey. Was looking for some tea/hot water because I got sick and this old lady at the concierge just looked up through her glasses snobbishly and said sorry we don't have any and the cafe is closed. What kind of hotel doesn't even have hot water. Was going to use the capsule coffee machine for hot water instead but there is brown goo in the machine. They have a free shuttle service that takes you within a 3 mile radius, but they don't tell you at check-in. It was my first time in Atlanta and would try my luck at a different hotel next time.
Incredibly loud. My room overlooked a part of a major highway where big semis were downshifting all night long.
The property was nice and clean. The staff was great. The only thing I didn't like was my room was very stuffy and I could not get rid of that stinch.
nice hotel, I didn't expect to have to pay for parking every night and breakfast was over at 10
Average hotel, nothing exceptional. Check in was very slow, could’ve used more staff for this.
It’s bad as They could not identify if I was in the group to have a breakfast in spite of paying extra for that. Have to wait for 10 mints, still could not sort that out. Felt awkward. Will think twice before I book this hotel group.
Everything met my expectations. I would readily stay there again. I was excited to get the roll in shower I requested. I can see some thought was put into the accessible shower. Some hotels I have to tell them the hand held shower needs to be near the seat. Some don't even have a seat. Going to Panama (Latin America) this Oct and already booked the Courtyard there. Thanks for making my stay pleasant, and ADA approved.
Nice Hotel, great employees!!!!!!!!! Everything was nice and clean!!!!
This hotel is next to a 8 lane interstate without windows that block out noise. Hotel had low occupancy and they tried to put us next to interstate. We insisted to be moved or we would leave. Rooms were fairly new but still need work in many areas. Needs indoor pool and free weights. Hotel is in a very nice area and does not add to the neighborhood with its appearance The staff was very friendly, every employee said" hello" to us
This was a quick visit after work to see a comedy show .3 mile away from hotel. Checked in at 6pm and checked out at 6am. Bed, room, and bathroom looked clean. No hassles with wifi. Bummed I missed the breakfast, as that started at 7am, but I had an 8am flight I had to catch.
The hotel lobby, corridors and room itself were very clean. The room had a balcony and mini-fridge. There were a microwave and a few computers in the lobby with free internet access. I was able to warm up food, check news and e-mail, check-in my flight and even print a boarding pass. The hotel has very nice grounds and pool. The staff was warm, friendly and unobtrusive. I had a few procedures done at Emory, so I had decided not to rent a car and I didn't regret it: everything I needed, including but not limited to McDonalds, Burger King, CVS pharmacy, Epstein Bagels, Family Dollar, Fresh Market, Taco Bell, etc., was within walking distance! I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Executive Park/Emory to everyone. You will get great value for your money.
Always, aways a good stay in every way. The only problem is that the free wireless is useless. You can pay extra for something with speed faster than a dial-up modem, but these days and for this type of (business traveler) hotel, it should be provided free and higher speed.
