Great location to the Avalon and Northpoint Community Church

The suite was clean and comfortable. Good location and great price.

Everything was great. The staff was helpful and plenty of restaurants nearby. Price was reasonable.

I stayed here twice, first time smelt like smoke and there were no towels in my room (luckily I had a basket full of towels I just washed before getting on the road, something told me to bring them). I complained about this a few days later after getting home and the lady offered me a free nights stay over the phone. Next time in Atlanta I stayed at this hotel and my room smelt like smoke again. I can stand it but the room should not say nonsmoking if it clearly is being smoked in. This time I had towels and the room is nice looking aside from the scent. Do not look forward to travel size lotions and shampoos (things of that sort) this hotel does not offer them. This is an inexpensive place to stay, it is not terrible and they allow for late check in but it is one of my least favorite hotel experiences I have had in Atlanta. My usual is the Westin Perimeter I was just being cheap this visit.

Rooms and towels could have been cleaner. People were nice. Grab and go breakfast was uninspired.

The only thing that could have been better is to have a business center. I don't have a lap top computer and needed access (briefly) to the internet. No luck.

The staff helpfulness varied here. The first two days the staff was great! Answered questions and helped me get around. On the last day I needed to extend my stay by 2 days. When I went to the desk, the clerk said they were fully booked, however when I went online, there were rooms available. Not very helpful! The hotel cleanliness is okay, but more care needs to be given to common areas. They seem to be understaffed everyday. Would I stay here again? Maybe...

Overall very good experience. I would recommend for others sure, Professional

I have reserved Non-smoking room, but so much smoking smell in the room

DeAnna made the entire stay very pleasant. Enjoyed the room.

...pictures can be deceiving. This hotel has potential after they decide to put some money into it. Years ago it was probably the place to stay, but now it needs so much work. From the carpet that was filthy looking and sticky to walk on to the mold around the bathtub and cracked and pealing painted tiles in the bathroom. It's been awhile since I got stuck in a place so bad. With only a handful of cars in the parking lot when I checked in around 10:00 to the young couple strangely checking out at the same time I should have known my room was going to be a sad site. The disappointment continued when I went down for my "Continental Breakfast" - coffee and a plastic wrapped blueberry muffin. Please remove this hotel as a recommended place to stay... The next night I stayed at the Embassy Suites not too far away for another $30 and loved it!!

It was pretty good. The staff was nice and ready to assist you with whatever you needed. Mr. Jacques was superb with customer service and a hard worker. Mrs. Mary was very nice as well. I would stay there again.

I had been. Great experience. With hotel the staff was great and I loved how clean the place was

Everything. Was good the staff was great very polite like always hey clean anxx c,ofoftable I enjoyed and I wull be back.

Everything is good very clean and nice I will be coming back

Everything was fine food customer service representative ates everything was great

We checked in very late due to flight delays. There was no parking - had to park in handicap spot, only room available was a handicap accessible room. Room was not clean and bathroom was simply dirty with black mold spots all around. The toilet roll holder was almost broken. No counter space in the bathroom to place toiletries. No hooks to hang the towels closer to the shower. Shampoo or conditioner was not provided. Did not have time to complain because we were only staying for the night (for about 7 hours total). Staff was friendly and minimal breakfast bar seemed ok, but we did not stay for breakfast. Overall, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Have stayed at other Extended stay locations before and those have been much nicer. This made it to the bottom of our list and the WORST hotel stay so far.

The room was clean and in a quiet location. The breakfast could have been better but, overall, a good value for the money

It was nice experience being from india it had all required facility for cooking. I love it at this price

Room was clean. Very practical room for an extended short stay. Chair was missing from room, had to use desk chair when I wanted to watch the TV. TV didn't work when I arrived, I notified the desk. It was late and didn't care that it didn't work. Next day when I returned from business, notified desk and they took care of the TV problem right away. I was impressed. Is located next door to fuel station, convenience store and a restaurant . Didn't have to get back in the car to go anywhere to eat, which in Atlanta traffic is a good thing.
