We stayed at this property with our children and another couple and found the space so comfortable and accommodating, all within blocks of so many downtown attractions! We were able to cook all meals in the kitchen, for 4 adults and two children and eat at the table together, then walk to attractions such as Centennial Park, the Aquarium, and the CocaCola Museum. We also have friends in the area, so the benefit of the included parking space meant that we could come and go as much as we wanted from downtown without having to worry about parking decks. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable, and there was space in our room for an additional blow up mattress for our young teen. We were able to close the blackout curtains in our room and let our youngest child take a nap each day as well in comfort. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely updated to modern comforts and styles. The checkin process was seamless, and staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Our host was immediately responsive to any questions or needs leading up to our stay and during our time in the condo. We even had a situation where some of the cooking utensils were missing from the unit, and within hours our host had provided replacement utensils.
The only minor drawback that we experienced was with the building cooling in the unit because the air conditioner would cool to a reasonable temperature, but not to the incredibly cold temperatures my husband likes. From other reviews in the building I believe this is a tendency of the age of the building, since the air conditioning is building-wide instead of built into each condo. It was perfectly fine for the rest of us, and there are also fans included in the unit which we utilized. The temperatures in Atlanta at the time were over 90 degrees outside and the cooling in the condo was more than sufficient for us.
I will definitely plan to return to this property on future trips to the area because we had a great experience here!
