The room was spacious, but it wasn't very clean and there were no toiletries provided, and when I alerted the staff, they still didn't address the issue until I told them multiple times. Wouldn't stay here again.

I had multiple times where i tried to enter the property by putting in the code provided and was not able to get in my room, the parking situation was chaotic and at timesI didn’t even have space to park, I had items go missing out the refrigerator when i wasn’t checked out and I have put in a complaint, I did not enjoy my time and I will need to be compensated for my missing items.

The staff was very courteous. The room I stayed in hadn't been cleaned properly. I checked in around 5 am. I sent an email around 6 am. I was able to notify the staff passing by around 1130 am that the sheets were stained. There was visible crumbs on the counter. There wasn't any toilet paper.were cobwebs up high.

I rented two apartments for party of 7. The apartments were spacious clean and very comfortable. The draw backs took 2 hours to gain access as check-in was frustrating with facial recognition and ID scanning for at least 1hr then waiting for clearance. Not enough towels and wash cloths on premises 3 of the my family members had to wash towels and wash clothes to shower. Communication with staff is a headache. The physical space is GREAT! Could use a proper set of pans only 3 of the same pots.Parking was the blessing!

I booked and confirmed my room, but when I arrived in Atlanta at 1 AM, there was no code to enter, forcing me to book another hotel. I was told I would have to wait 72 hours to receive the code, even though my booking was for the 24th-26th. How can I get my money back?

The stay was nice. Clean unit and loved the balcony. Make sure you complete the checkin process BEFORE your arrive. It’s a contactless checking and you will be asked to self identify by submitting your ID and taking a face scan. The you can barely see how to enter the code to the gate so, look close on the black box.

The door was open when I arrived. There was white creamy marks all over the couch. I was so uncomfortable I wrapped myself in my jacket and hood, so that I would not touch the bed. I let the owner know about this and they ignored me. It was several hours that I was locked out of the building and the owner took a while to help me. When they finally contacted me, they lied and said I was at the wrong garage. I took a picture that matched the garage pictures matched the garage pictures on their website. They never apologized or acted concerned about anything. I had to cancel my booking for future stay, because of these issues. Also, you have to upload your personal drivers license and it's not secure.

Elevator buttons in parking deck were broken, very inconvenient trying to get up. There was hair all over the unit, including the bathtub. There was only one roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay and no way to get anymore.
