Guests have access to the entire house as well as free WiFi, parking, full use of washing machine and dryer, please do not park car in garage and use of basement if not necessary, please don't open the fire pit.

We are in a friendly quiet neighborhood and expect all of our guests to do the same. Quiet Hours are in effect from 10 pm-9 am.

Accurate guest count is mandated. Ensure that the correct number of guests is entered at the time of booking, including all overnight stayers and day visitors. For instance, if 1 person is staying overnight and 5 are visiting during the day, the guest count is 6. If you have any questions or need clarification, please message the host prior to instant booking.
