Great location, this insured we had access to all sites. The host was awesome! We had some questions and he responded quickly as well as providing whatever we needed. Parking was provided and very close to the apt. Would definately stay again!

Great stay

Everything about this property was great. Very nice home away from home. Located in the middle of downtown was ideal for our adventures. Will try to book again next time we’re in town.

Best place we have stayed in in Atlanta!

We have stayed in different condos in Atlanta for several years. This place was BY FAR the best one we have ever stayed in! And the host was by far the best host we have ever had!The condo is spacious and very comfortable. It is also extremely well appointed with all sorts of things that make your stay feel more like home

Steps from Downtown ATL – Cozy Stay

We had a great stay at this apartment within walking distance to downtown Atlanta. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. We felt safe the entire time, which was really important to us. One big plus was the free parking—hard to find that close to downtown! The host was super responsive-flexible, and shared great tips for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Good location with reasonable walking distance to the Olympic Park area, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, etc. Condo was pretty clean when we checked in. Area and building are dated, but condo itself was small and decent with a good view. Bathroom is very small and we had some issues with the shower, were really unable to use it all. Have reached out to owner who will hopefully fix it for the next guests. AC unit was in only one of the bedrooms. My room was ok, but in the summer that room will be very hot.

A Night in Town for a Concert

Check in was super easy, property is placed in the middle of Atlanta and within walking distance from many attractions. Kept clean, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the host kept in contact in case we needed anything during it our stay.

Great Location

Just as listed and the host was great with communication and even offering information of what to do in the area. Great view from the apartment and right downtown. You could walk to everything but being from the north, we still drove because we couldn't handle the heat and humidity but parking was a decent price. Provided exactly what we needed, a place to sleep and shower. Definitely recommend.

Convenient Apartment

We were attending Quilt Con 2023. The apartment was an easy walk to the convention center, although it was uphill. The building has someone on duty which made checking in very easy.

Apartment Good

Overall, the property is in serious need of upgrading. The parking lot is full of rubbish and there is a homeless camp nearby. The apartment was fine, but road noise was not good because of the fact a bedroom window would not fully close. That being said, the apartment was very clean and very comfortable. Kenneth was very attentive and helpful too.

Downtown Atlanta

We came in town for a concert and this was a perfect alternative to the hotels in the area! Older building but clean and parking included, that’s a big deal in that area! Great view and a 20 minute walk to Olympic park. Since it’s an older building, things aren’t pristine and new, but the apartment is well equipped and maintained. My only gripe is the shower water pressure but like I said, it’s an older building. The location is next to I-75/85 and is right downtown, don’t expect mountain stream quiet, you’re in downtown Hotlanta! We’ll be staying here the next time we’re in town.

While the condo’s location was very convenient, being close to the city center, the building itself was quite old.It was generally clean, with a well-maintained refrigerator, kitchen, and utensils. However, the sofas, chairs, and carpets needed better cleaning. Another downside was the unpleasant odors that came from the central HVAC system when it was turned on. Condo may not be the best choice for families with children. On the bright side, the owners were exceptionally attentive and quick to address any problems we faced. They were respectful and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. Although I wouldn’t stay in this particular condo again, I would definitely consider renting another property managed by the same owners in the future.

Our stay at Ken's condo was fine. The location was great and the fact that it came with parking sealed the deal for me. Check in was easy and I am new to booking private properties, so I was concerned about how it would work. We did have some trouble with the security alarm on the door, so I wish that was covered more clearly in the online instructions. We also found that the shower's water pressure was not good, no matter the time of day. The "air conditioning" in the condo also did not work well, so we were glad it was not super hot when we were there. A portable unit kept one of the bedrooms cold but the other one would have been unbearable to sleep in had we been there much later in summer. As it was, that room has a terrible mattress, so I wouldn't say I got my best sleep there. Overall, it was an OK alternative to the pricey hotels in the area and it was convenient for our short stay in Atlanta.

Central Location

Great location to spots in downtown Atlanta for sightseeing and nights out on the town. Place was clean except for the floors- you could tell that they had been mopped, but it was as if the mop was just had residue on it. Otherwise the place was sparkling clean.
