We got no response when we messaged them to say the back door was faulty and we couldn't close it. We had to take our laptops out with us everyday. We eventually got it closed but took ages. The toilet also made flushing noises constantly which disturbed us.

Property is close to metro station so it’s convenient. There a few restaurants and mini mart very close by. Lycanettus Hill is just down the road. The main square is just 3 or 4 stops o. Metro. Property is comfortable and really nice. But there was a notice re rodents on the hall bulletin board. So I think they may have some issues here with that. The neighborhood is decent but doesn’t seem too clean.
