The staff was extremely helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, with good working air conditioning in a very walkable neighborhood near all of the main ancient sites of Athens. When I stayed there, the airline changed my return time so I had to leave one day early. I asked that my third night be refunded as I would not be staying there and the owner agreed to do so. This is very appreciated and understanding.

Lovely old hotel with high ceilings, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast laid out in a small kitchen next to our room—coffee, juice, pastries, cheeses and cold cuts, yogurt and dried apricots. The only difficulty I had was having to use a winding staircase to go up two floors to our room. There is no elevator. Nevertheless, the hotel and staff were delightful.

Great location! Walking distance to major attractions. Clean rooms. Hospitable, very helpful and friendly staff. Continental breakfast - so do not expect a large spread or hot breakfast.

Location was great. However, bed was hard and kitchen was next to our room which became noisy in the morning.

The staff here are so polite and courteous. The room was great for our needs, as well as charming since it had some history. The location is perfect- walking distance to sites and clean. I would stay here again. Everything is steps out the door for food and shopping, and everyone working at these places greet you with an energetic, happy "yasas".

This hotel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are just what you need. Free breakfast and the view were an added bonus. The only thing to be advised on is the stairs up to your room, but the staff was nice enough to carry my bags.

amazing location, close to all major attractions in the city.

Wonderful stay & experience. Would highly recommend!

Perfectly located for restaurants, shops, and proximity to historical monuments etc.

The best hotel and staff ever! Perfect location in the best neighborhood and excellent customer service is a top priority for me when booking hotels. After much searching and reading, I chose Palladian Home, and it turned out to be a most excellent choice. Perfect location in Plaka, close to main attractions as well as restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff- incredibly courteous, helpful, and wonderful people. My 15 year old daughter and I will certainly return to this hotel with our friends on our next vacation in Athens. Cannot say enough about the lovely people who manage this hotel. In fact, it doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. It’s a guest house and we felt right at home. Excellent housekeeping everyday by a very wonderful lady whose name I dare not try to spell. Overall, Palladian Home is run by charming warm people who are competent with very high standards. A big thanks to John, Nicolette, Pantelonis (God I hope I got his name right) and to Harish s well as the manager for making our stay so very comfortable 😊

Amazing hotel. They cover all the bases. Romantic, beautiful, thoughtful and a great location! Can't wait to go back!!

Clean hotel in the middle of busy Athens with all the restaurants and tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Breakfast has few selections.

converted row houses turned hotel. Beautiful and centrally located. You can see the Acropolis from your window. Tons of walking with shops, cafes, etc. in the heart of Platka, one of the coolest neighborhoods in Athens. Walk to all the sites. The hosts are amazing, the buildings gorgeous, and the rooms are on point. They are a touch small but what I noticed the most is that the amenities were the best you can find. Great AC, comfortable bed, plenty of outlets, and the views/windows give you a real sense of Europe. I could not have been more happy and have already told friends about it. **Pro Tip - I was on the third floor of the house and there are lots of stairs. Have the host help with bags and when you leave, call down to them and they will come up and help. Also, go around the corner to Brettos, one of the oldest distillers in Greece. Ouzo, Raki, even Absinthe along with many beers available.

Very nice old building, decorated nicely. Lots of stairs to get to our room, which we didn't mind, but some people might. Shower needed help; the shower head kept falling out of the holder, and we would get a blast of hot or cold water once in a while. Noisy at night, as we were right above the cafe area. Only suites had Parthenon views, and were probably quieter (other side of building.)

Well-situated guest house on a tree lined square with many restaurants. We had a room with a small balcony which was great for breakfast. Access to a kitchen made it nice to have a cup of tea before bed or a piece of fruit. Breakfast is continental but perfectly adequate. You are about a 5-10 minute walk to the Acropolis, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian's Arch and many other Greek and Roman sites. Great place to stay for a couple that is looking to see the sites of Athens.

I love everything about this property. From the location in the oldest and most charming part of Athens where ancient meets boutiquey restaurants and lively cafes in green arbors and orange groves, it is tucked away from the touristy throngs but close walking distance to the sites we have all come to see. The best restaurants were under my balcony. The small hotel itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. The beds were perfectly made with their pristine linens and excellent mattresses. The bathroom was lovely with hot water and great water pressure, and luxurious toiletries. So much attention was paid to detail for comfort of the guests. A nice, home made breakfast in the morning. The staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. We spoke with them often and they were so helpful in recommending things and great to just chat with. Palladian Home is everything I look for in a hotel. I will certainly return here on my next trip to Athens.

The location couldn’t be better! Bustling with life, beautiful orange groves and fantastic restaurants are quite literally at our doorstep. The rooms are immaculately kept, tastefully decorated with balconies overlooking the life in Plaka. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and so quaintly set! Definitely a winner!

Dear Mrs Fiona, Thank you very much for your amazing review. We are thrilled to hear it. Our lodge is housed in an protected Athenian Mansion of 19th and unfortunately it is not allowed (by the law) to add an elevator. Although, our team is always there to transfer all luggages and help our guest. It is our pleasure to make every guest feel like home. We look forward to welcome you again in our mansion. Thank you,
