Excellent, With Small Caveat
If you are planning to stay during a game day weekend, keep in mind that this property backs up to a large fraternity house and is next door to a busy tailgate lot (and the noise could be an issue). If that bothers you, this may not be the property for you. It did not bother me. Everything else about our stay was A+++.
