The location was great. There was a leak in my room so the mattress was soaked with water due to it. I liked their hospitality.

Great location, Easy to find at the base of Hadrian's Arch. Close to hop on hop off bus stop. Free made to order breakfast was excellent. Bathroom small, but serviceable, nice shower.

Loved the breakfast on the roof. Only complaint was that I walked past the entrance twice, without realizing it, before I saw the sign WAY up on the wall. An additional sign on the main door would'nt hurt, I think.

Location is great. Breakfast was good. 2 days in a row we had no hot water and had to ask them to fix it. There are no laundry services on-site (it's 9 minutes away walking). I reserved for 3 people and the extra bed was barely a bed - I needed to line up pillows just to make it bearable.

We loved this place, for its courteous staff, location in the touristy area, and its cleanliness. They even stored our bags while we went on an overnight tour - after we had checked out. Will definitely stay there again!

Love to the hotel I would definitely go back again

Home and poetry is in a great location; within walking distance to all of the sites and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff were amazing, tending to every need and detail. They arranged excursions for me and were always very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but delicious with many pasteries, sandwiches, and preserves to choose from. The rooftop dining area has a great view of the Acropolis. If I ever return to Athens, I will absolutely stay at Home and Poetry again.

Stayed here in January 2108 - amazing location, only steps away from the Acropolis Museum, Acropolis, Parthanon and Plako, Parliament building and Tomb of the Unknown Solider a 10 min walk - staff were excellent. Breakfast was awesome. Can't say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend.

Dimitri was great we got in late and he was quick to get us some food and drink i!! View from the rooftop to the Acropolis was stunning .

Spent one night on way to a Greek island. Wonderful helpful staff. Perfect location for walking to the Acropolis. Simple, tasteful small rooms. Generous roof top continental breakfast came with the room including fresh squeezed OJ. if you are looking for amenities like room service, this is not the place. If you want a boutique experience at a small hotel with the most accommodating staff we've encountered on our trip, this is the place. We both travel for business and this hotel was a refreshing contrast with our usual experience.

Lovely Boutique Hotel, very friendly staff. Loved the Decor and wood grained floors. Excellent location - close to Acropolis, Metro and Plaka. Must check out their rooftop bar for night views of Acropolis.

Buena ubicación, personal amable y habitación muy espaciosa
