22This villa is the best option for a luxury vacations near Athens. There are 5 bedrooms it can host up to 9 guests and it has a private swimming pool!This unique villa locates in the Anavyssos area, 40 klm from the center of Athens, 50 minutes driving from Athens and only 30 minutes from the airport.On the ground floor is the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals, one w.c., one bathroom, and one office. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Two of them have a double bed with a sofa and the other one has a single one. Up to the attic there is a double bed with also an en-suite bathroom, a sofa and a large veranda.The swimming pool is just for you! There are lots of outdoor furnitures ready for you use. Finally there is a pool house with kitchen, bathroom and one double bed.The villa is fully air conditioned while there is a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.Entire property has free Wi-Fi!Smoking is only allowed on the balconyCommon quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.For late check in after 00:00 there is a small feeTransfer service and private tours are available upon requestI’m always looking forward to hosting great people
