Owner is great to work with. Super friendly and easily accessible. The room is simple and affordable. Internet is fast enough to work from the location and I use voice over IP. I use the location to drive in late and drop my kid off at OU. I spend the night and work a 1/2 day in the morning so I don’t have to miss a full days work transporting my kid. A great find I was reluctant to share because I want it only for myself.

Great place to stay when visiting your student at OU. It was a quick stay to avoid a turn and burn road trip. Nice to get rest before heading back home after drop off. Very clean and internet worked great.

Everything was great! Suzanne was so nice and welcoming. I appreciated her letting me add on our dog last minute for our stay. We had a great time visiting our son for the weekend & having stop over & spend some time with us too.

This was a perfect overnight stop. …much better than a hotel room. As we travel with a fairly full cooler , we were disappointed to realize there’s only a mini fridge and we had to sacrifice some food. Otherwise they made great use of small space . If handicapped, there is a short walk down to entry.

This is a great property. Exactly as described, in a private cul-de-sac. Our son will be attending OU, and this will be our go-to spot! After a full day of lectures and getting in our steps, we were able to relax on the rockers & enjoy the sunset. Communication & check-in a breeze. Book it!

Overall lovely stay.

Adorable place with room including everything you would need. Just be mindful that the room is the walkout basement of someone’s home, so you are sharing walls with owner. You will hear activity on occasion. But nonetheless, cozy atmosphere, lots of amenities. Great location to get to places. Fluffy towels. Nice place overall.

We loved our stay! Suzanne was so thoughtful and friendly. It was a perfect location to tour Ohio U and everything else we wanted to do. The area is very quiet. The studio was clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

We were moving our twins into Ohio University and it was a perfect place for the two of us. Very clean. It didn’t have a hair dryer (my fault for assuming it would) Thank you for a great stay!

This property was amazing and we will be sure to return when in town! The owner thought of everything- from wine in the fridge to extra towels and blankets. The bed was very comfortable and our every need was met.
