The OU in is my favorite hotel!!! Their updates are so nice the rooms are always clean the staff is always helpful and friendly! The outdoor spaces are gorgeous and so fun to relax in! They’ve even thought of all the little touches like a water bottle filler in the lobby! We’ll be back again next year!

No Air Conditioning

Nice hotel and I would most likely stay there again. However, the air conditioning stopped working on two of the hottest days of the year. They did try to fix it, but still didn’t work. The manager did credit one out of the two nights. I do like the proximity to the university and the pool.

Our AC wasnt working properly Keith fixed un less than an hour of calling. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. I was lucky yo get a room here. Not sure if it will be as eash once the school year stars. Sever and hostess for the restaurant was outstanding also. Lived this place

Probably worst business stay I’ve ever had. The fire alarm malfunctioned and kept going off starting around 5:00am and lasting over an hour. We all had to go sit in our vehicles in the rain at 5:00am! I had early morning business meetings scheduled and didn’t get to sleep or shower. When I finally was able to go get the rest of my luggage out the clerk said there would be no compensation. I used to stay here every time I was in town for work. I will never stay here again! Even after I said had spent half the time in my truck in the rain they offered me breakfast in the hotel while the alarm was still blaring.

The room was decent and clean but the hotel feels like you stepped into 1980. Everything is super dated and the TVs aren't smart (no Netflix, no screen mirroring). The bathroom is small. There are also a bunch of stairs within the hotel so lugging bags is a pain and carts are useless. It's close to the campus but not really walking distance.
