The people were friendly, and for the cheap price, it is what I expected – a fairly clean place to sleep. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and I turned on the heat in my room and nothing came on. When I checked out I was told that I needed to call the front desk so they could turn on the boiler to get the heat going. Don’t expect much other than somewhere simply to crash.

It was a good down home motel for a short stay. The only problem was the AC was rather loud which made it difficult to hear the TV at a volume where you wouldn't worry about disturbing other rooms.

My son and girlfriend left right away because it was so bad. They chose to stay at a fraternity house over the hotel.

Very old and outdated. I also think it was over priced for what was offered. I booked for 2 nights and they never came by to check room after thefirst night to refill coffee supplies.

The hotel stay could have been much nicer. The hotel manager gave me a run around and wasted part of my evening when I requested that I check out a day early. He passed the buck to Orbitz and then later on claimed that Orbitz was going to charge him a commission.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was outdated but very well kept. I would stay here again for its half the price of the other hotels in the area...

The price of the stay was very good. This is not a new hotel with luxuries, but something basic that does the job. However, the location is neither central nor convenient like other hotels in Athens. If you have a limited budget, you will not regret staying here. Nevertheless, if you are picky or fuzzy, try a different hotel.

An older but clean property reminiscent of mid-20th century roadside motels. Quaint green-ceramic bathroom fixtures. A small through-the-wall window air conditioner. Rather overpriced for what you get, I paid $95.00 all up where $75.00 would be more realistic.

There was a lot activity and loud conversations in the parking lot between 8 PM and 10:30 PM, also the traffic from the highway next to the motel was loud and woke me up. Room is dated (avocado bathroom fixtures) but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Although it may look questionable from the outside, his motel practices good, clean, old school hospitality. Yes, the fixtures are dated but they are as clean as I've seen. You can tell that the owners and staff care very much about taking care of travelers.

COMPARED TO THE PRICES OF THE HOTEL CHAINS, THIS PRIVET OWNED HOTEL WAS WORTH THE PRICE.

Clean, comfortable but outdated. Could use better pillows but bed was comfortable. Nice to have a refrigerator.

It is nice. It would be better if nice breakfast would have been there

There was nothing really "wrong" with this facility. It was tricky to get to if unfamiliar with the area and was a dated, ordinary motel with few amenities but well-maintained. Don't expect a full breakfast (shrink-wrapped pastries).
