Great weekend stay to catch-up with friends

We met long distance friends here. Everyone liked the hotel. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast girl was a little overwhelmed with the crowd on Sunday but that wasn't her fault. She cleaned our table with a smile. All of us sat outside on the patio both nights. A great place to unwind and catch-up with friends.

Definitely not what we expected

The hotel was ran down. The laminate floors through the hall were coming apart and in terrible condition. Our room was okay but our air conditioner didn’t work and the room was stifling hot. The front desk clerk was great. He came and tried to fix it but it still didn’t work. They didn’t have any other rooms. Ultimately we had to find another hotel, which cost $150 more than what we had paid there and we had to wait 5 days for our money to refund back to our account.

Staff were great. Breakfsst was good. Enjoyed yhe pooland spa. Room was decent. Vinyl flooring is coming up in hallways. A little loud and beds didn't have good support.

Not worth the cost

The one and only good thing about this hotel was the private jacuzzi tub, but that was not enough to redeem. This place is dirty, moldy and creepy. There is a terrible smell. The layout is bad. The bathroom sink backed up. The pillows were like rocks. The breakfast was awful. The only hot food option was sausage gravy and biscuits. There was no other protein option. No fresh fruit. We were told there would be scrambled eggs and more.. when we asked the morning person was rude. Very disappointing.

Mold, mildew, and moisture

Wow…just wow! The amount of water damage throughout the hotel to the floors and the mold in the rooms was insane. The moisture throughout the hotel was obvious contributing factor and needs to be addressed. I clearly have an allergy to mold because I sneezed FREQUENTLY during my stay, along with my eyes watering and my nose running. It resolved shortly after leaving the hotel.

Check in was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was convenient to OU for our daughter’s move in to campus. The area felt safe. It’s not plush but it was a great and reasonable option for us. Breakfast was offered daily. It’s not gourmet but met our needs for a quick bite to get the day started. We’d stay again and likely will.

A nice tub, but outdated furniture.

Nice jetted tub, and the bed was fine. I wish the tub had handrails though, it was a bit slippery. Things were a bit older and worn, but for the price i think it was fine.
