This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom upstairs apartment is nestled under a sweet gum tree, on the Near East Side. Less than a mile in any direction you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife. OU is also conveniently located within a mile. This apartment has new tile and refinished wood flooring throughout, brand new appliances in the kitchenette, and no shortage of charm. It is lightly furnished with a queen size bed, large six drawer dresser, convertible couch, and a sweet dining area for two. The bathroom includes a large bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. We think our place will be the cherry on top of your Athens experience!

This upstairs apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the host was easy to work with. It is a short 15 minute walk to the end of court street and the hill to walk up was not bad at all. The only things that weren’t great was the lack of a tv and the shower being short. I am 5’3” and had to squat down to wash my hair. Other than that it was a great stay!
