Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is about 2 miles away from center of Assisi. Need to buy a couple of €1.3 tickets good for 80 minutes; to go in Assisi and back to hotel daily .

The food in the restaurant (breakfasts and dinners) was excellent, as was the service. The facility itself is very clean and attractive. The location is excellent for catching a bus up to Assisi. And there is ample parking. Our concerns were about our room. We had multiple problems with our room. The electronics in the door failed and needed a technician. Two of the four electrical outlets in the room either didn't work at all or only worked intermittently. We needed to connect 2 CPAP devices, so this was an issue. We felt the employees at the reception desk were tired of hearing our concerns about this, so we made do with just the 2 outlets. There was limited space for luggage and there was not the usual folding luggage holder found in most hotels. We would probably stay here again due to its great location and good restaurant, but would be selective about our room.

Excellent stay at Assisi. The hotel was recently renovated and provided all the amenities we expected. The breakfast buffet was really good. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

There was an event that went until 11pm with loud music and people speaking on microphones we were unable to sleep until it was over. The hallways smelled as did our room. Would not recommend and would not return.

Quick check-in as we arrived after 8 pm. Kiara went above and beyond for me when I asked for ice (which is a luxury in Italy). The room was a nice size and very clean. Breakfast was awesome and included an omelette station. Overall, it has been the nicest hotel we have stayed at over the last week in Italy. Highly recommend.

The individual traveler can be overlooked

This historic property hosts large groups so couples can get lost in the fray. We had misinformation about some services but overall a good stay. Good location outside the old city walls within walkable distance to restaurants. Responsive staff once issues were identified. Very slow internet.

Great convenient place in Assisi

Excellent location right by the train station. Very easy to park the car and also convenient for him the train if you’re coming in that way. The property itself is beautiful and clean and the breakfast is amazing. Also very spiritual.
