Agriturismo Oasi Battifoglia ligt midden in de natuur, ver van de drukte, heerlijk om op rust te komen. In de maand augustus kun je 's avonds vanuit een ligstoel vallende sterren bewonderen. De eigenaren, Enzo en Livia zijn super vriendelijk. Petje af!

Een zeer warme en gastvrije ontvangst door de verhuurders van deze leuke agriturismo. De accomodatie was niet luxe, maar alles zit erin wat je nodig hebt en was goed verzorgd. De verhuurders hebben er tevens een eigen restaurant bij en koken eenvoudige maar zeer lekkere dingen op tafel. Na de anti pasti schotel heb je eigenlijk al genoeg. Lekkere zelfgemaakte pasta’s en dat allemaal voor een leuke prijs. Probeer de witte en rode wijn van de streek waar meerdere boeren hun druiven voor leveren. De witte Trebbiano was prima. Ook de locals komen hier eten dus dat zegt genoeg. Ook het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en krijg je alles wat je wilt. Zelfgemaakte jam en honing, een lekker eitje zoals je het wilt, etc alles erop en eraan voor maar 5 euro pp. We zijn niet veel naar de supermarkt geweest, gezien de uitstekende prins kwaliteitsverhoudi g en het lekkere eten, niet de moeite om daarheen te gaan. Drinkwater uit de kraan👍. Het ligt een km of 10 achter Assisi de berg op, en de laatste km is een grindpad, maar goed bereikbaar. Is ff zoeken. Assisi is 20 minuutjes rijden, supermarkt half uur. Adriatische kust 1,5 uur. De omgeving is mooi, de wegen niet best. Voor een relaxte week en een zeer leuke prijs zeker een aanrader !!
