The Timber Ridge complex also underwent a complete exterior renovation, enhancing the appearance of this extremely convenient rental property. With approximately 750 square feet of living space, this condominium comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Other unit amenities include a deck off the bedroom with views of downtown, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain. Aspen Mountain is visible from the front deck/entry area.
