Christine at the check in counter was extremely helpful. Answered all of our questions about the area and was very cheerful.

Easy for skiing/convenient. Bad Internet in the rooms, no room service. Rooms are small for all the skiing gear, nonetheless they provide a locker close to the lobby which us a nice feature.

I was in town for 4 nights on business. The beds were rock hard and the hotel internet rarely work and when it did work it would cut out while you were using it. The breakfast was the exact same every morning with no variety. The hotel is clean, centrally located and the staff is friendly.

Great stay at Aspen! The mountain was closed but we enjoyed sledding.

It was ok. The hotel was under renovations and there was not a breakfast available. The music and snacks were good.

My family and I spent two weeks on the road in the 4 corners area seeing all the sights of the wild west. One of the highlights was our stay in Aspen at the Inn at Aspen by Wyndham. The folks there were very friendly, going above and beyond to make us comfortable and to provide. The room was clean and cozy and the setting just beautiful! My husband thought he lost his glasses in the hotel and the staff spent a good bit of effort and time helping him to try to locate them. We loved the town of Aspen--its night life, eating outside between the two running streams and listening to all the variety of musicians was enchanting! And, our trip the following day to Maroon Bells was simply gorgeous--not to be missed!!

The Inn at Aspen was a nice place to stay. It was warm and cozy and was on the outshirts of town near Maroon Bells. I would reccommend staying here as a cheaper alternative.

We brought our 4 grandchildren - 3 who had never skied and felt this perfect for families with children just learning. - comfortable, very friendly staff. The van service back and forth to Aspen was an outstanding amenity. So were the cublicles for skis. Food was o.k. As a senior grandparent, I'd have liked to eat a light lunch in the diningroom. Would recommend and return.

Everything was nice except they didn't have a complementary breakfast like was told on the phone when I called and asked a few days before. They did provide donut holes and hot drinks for breakfast.

good location, nice views. Room abit small . nice pool and jacuzzi

If you're looking for some place to offer you a full experience, this probably isn't the place. If you're looking for a place backing up to the ski slopes, and only using it to wind down and sleep, then i'd say it's perfect. Comfy bed, simple bathroom, nothing too fancy, but it was clean, comfortable and great for the price.

Very nice place principaly, maroon bells was fantastic.

The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. My expectations were high (maybe from the pictures online and the price), so the hotel room itself felt a little like a step up from a motel initially. But all in all, the room was comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the outdoor pool which is slope side on the bunny hill. The hotel is conveniently located a couple miles from downtown and provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from downtown until 10 pm.

I came to Aspen for the summer music festival. I stayed with this hotel for two nights. I like it as comfortable and quiet. I also like the shuttle pick-up from downtown and the hotel. I would definitely stay more nights if it is not that pricy to stay in Aspen.

I went to Aspen to snowboard with 4 friends, all of whom are college-age. My arrival was a little lack-luster, as I was charged again the cost of the room (although at a cheaper price than I paid online), and the wireless router for the area my room was in was broken. The fee was reimbursed after a short chat, however, and the staff was pretty helpful, particularly about getting around Aspen (there is a complimentary shuttle bus that leaves every 10-40 minutes, depending on your destination). It was one of the two cheapest places to stay I could find in Aspen, and you can literally walk out of the lobby and onto the slope of Buttermilk. The amenities weren't fantastic, but not bad at all for the (low) price paid.

Liked the lockers in the hotel, the water pitchers always available at the bar, the breakfast, the shuttle, and the proximity to the lift. Great place to learn to ski (Panda Peak area), but the mountain itself is not very beginner friendly. Fairly steep runs and very sharp turns in the green or "easy" runs. Short lift lines through out the day. We had gone to Breckenridge and I would say the mountain we skied at was much better for casual skiers but the ski school is much better at Buttermilk. FYI-the food in Aspen is pretty expensive.

The hotel was nice, but not too fancy. The location and accomodations were top notch. We especially liked the courtesy of the staff and the complementary shuttle service to and from any location in Aspen. We will definately stay here again.

This is a pretty good deal financially if you are visiting Aspen. While it is not downtown Aspen, it is a short drive in depending on traffic. There is complimentary shuttle service that is very helpful in getting around town. The hotel itself isn't anything great. It is a pretty standard establishment. For the value, it is adequate for your vacationing needs. Our room had a queen bed that was pretty comfortable, a pull out sleeper sofa which we did not use, and a kitchen area that had a small fridge, microwave from 1980, and a dripping faucet. The bathroom looked like it had not been renovated since the place was built. The shower head only had one setting: narrow and choppy. Overall, a decent experience. Nothing particularly outstanding. But for Aspen, you can't beat the price if you are looking to vacation on the relative cheap.

Thank goodness we were only there for one night after attending a fabulous Aspen wedding. In a town known for its hospitality, this property falls short of the mark. The decor is 80's fuddy duddy and the rooms poorly maintained.

Check-in was easy. Our first room had issues with the air conditioner and tv. Maintenance came immediately and we were moved to a different room. The rooms were spacious and will kept. The air conditioner unit still wasn't adequate, but we like our rooms cold! The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. Breakfast was nice as was the fitness room.
