Welcome to this recently renovated 3 bedroom house located in the Ashtabula Harbor.
It is in walking distance to The Historical Bridge street (About 3/8 of a mile) where all the wonderful shops and restaurants are. This spacious 3 bedroom house has all new beds and bedding, brand new appliances and a good size main bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a nice quaint bathroom with shower. The living room features reclining couches and a 65 inch smart tv. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Roku. It has a front sunroom, a back patio and a fire pit. There is room in the driveway for a few cars or a truck and a boat.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
