The duplex is very nice. Good size bedrooms, and nice kitchen with a deck. I went with my 80 year-old parents and the stairs were a little difficult for them to navigate. Especially walking in the front door. It’s easy to trip over that first step. The living room room was a little awkward in how it was arranged - arrange more for seeing the TV than for talking. I had a little panic of not getting the information of how to get into the duplex before arriving. I called the host, but she didn’t answer. I texted and she got back to me immediately. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great location! Pet-friendly. Found cooking accessories to make brownies (one of my tools for grading properties)
Great location with easy access to downtown Ashland. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go and enjoyed the neighborhood shops. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations were what we wanted.
