No elevators to go to each floor, had to drag suitcases & other things up the stairs. Hot Breakfast wasn't really a Hot Breakfast unless you consider eggs and NO meat Hot breakfast. The housekeeping service was lousy, we requested new bedding one night and didn't get it, had to call front desk to have them come and change them. won't be coming back

I usually don't write reviews but im very disappointed about the room Air Cond not cold enough and A/C fan dose not have a option for the fan staying on when unit cycles off and unit T/Stat would not let room temp get cold enough.****Also NO ELEVATOR bad experience for the price. Would not recommend!!

For the price, the only thing this hotel has going for it was the location...will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Gross!

Good hotel for the price, and great location, right next to all the highways.

Not dirty, but due to age & wear, everything looked grubby. The stairwell that leads to the "lower level" was right out of a horror movie. The signs on the stairwell doors were missing the letters, so it looked super sketchy from the get-go. This hotel needs so much updating. I'm by no means a snob, but when you stay in a Ramada, you have a minimum expectation. I definitely pulled back the sheets to the bed-end before I got into it. Btw, the lights were all out on that deserted side of the parking lot, too, so I was not too happy about having to leave my car there.

Good hotel with old school styleing. I found it to be clean and close to area attractions and the interstate. A little noise from hallways. Bottom line, would stay again.

Maid left used plate on table. We used the coffee maker and maid left un-drank coffee in pot for three days. Carpet was dirty.

I needed a room quick and it was close to where I needed to go. The room was clean and they made the bed and restocked soap, towels, etc. Free Hot Breakfast was a PLUS!!! Other places with the same breakfast charge $80+, but this Ramada was less. There was a workout room. Just wish the jacuzzi was open.

Good location NIce front desk clerk and ok breakfast. Thought it was a bit over priced but I was in a pinch. Overall I would definitely stay there again and refer other friends there as well.

The staff was rude, forced us to stay in a smoking room while they were not full, hotel is tucked behind McDonald's and is hard to find. The room was not clos to clean, a yellow tar on every surface. Upon entering your breath was taken away by the overwhelming smoke in your face, both the wife and I got sick the day after. Would NEVE stay again!

The hotel was really a great place to stay and was centrally close to all the things we wanted to see such as the Biltmore Plantations and a ride along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The hotel also served a hot breakfast which really helped start the day. There also was a Mac Donalds across the parking lot within walking distance. The staff was really good and was very helpful in giving directions to where you wanted to go. The hotel had free wifi connections and our room was very clean

I stayed at this hotel as it was close to my son's home but was very disappointed. The carpet was worn and dirty, there were flies in the room and the breakfast was inedible without healthy options like yogurt. It's behind a McDonalds which doesn't lend to the atmosphere. I would not recommend this hotel especially since it was expensive considering what you got.

No dogs was not the case, heard little ones whimpering next door all night. Breakfast room so small it was not possible to sit anywhere.

stayed here for 1 night in 2 rooms. One room was obviously the "deluxe" suite back in the day, king suite with jacuzzi shower, separate sitting room and kitchenette. Even in that room, there was a spider's cobweb on the tv stand, but overall, nothing to get upset about. The second room on the other hand looked as if it had last been cleaned in the Nixon administration, with white powdery dirt on the unvacuumed floors, ants and soiled coverlets and sheets. The shower drain was green, not by design! Overall level of hygiene and sense of cleanliness was such that the night was spent sleeplessly waiting for daybreak. The hotel was said to be full, and we checked in as a planned late arrival, so could not get another room. Overall a terrible experience. While this was by no means super cheap, think from now on will avoid ever staying at this chain again and opt for the higher end rooms, even if for a single night; it's just not worth it.

The place was average. It is not within minutes of downtown. It is a few miles. Tons of parking at the hotel because there is nothing else to do there unless you want to eat at a fast food place. But the rooms and hotels were very clean! Had full breakfast.

For the price, it was exactly what I would have expected. Internet worked well, which is frequently a problem when I'm on the road, so I was pleasantly surprised.

There were a couple of maintenance issues needing attention and moist.

We were not happy with room one so staff moved us to a new room with little hassel Breakfast is a grand experience here

Great friendly staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast. Really glad to have chose this hotel rather than the days inn on tunnel rd that I usually stay at. Much cleaner and more left to yourself.I Will be making this my asheville hotel of choice from now on!

Once we arrived and seen where our rooms were, we requested a room change due to the fact that my wife is disabled. She uses an electric scooter to get around. The Staff said that annex where our rooms was located had a handicap ramp. So as my wife tried to get on the ramp with her scooter the ramp had a 2 1/2" lip above ground level causing the scooter and her to tip over to the ground. As I tried to prevent her from falling the scooter crushed my right hand underneath her and causing injury to my wife left side shoulder and ribs. After we picked her up and the scooter I went to the desk to complain about the ramp. The staff came outside and looked at the difference in height of the ramp and said that they did not realize it had a such a height difference. They offered me a bandaid for my cut on my right hand and went back inside. They still insisted that the ramp was adequate for a handicap ramp and did not move us to another more accessible room. I am waiting to see the severity of my wifes injuries before I decide what to do.
