Was told by the hotel to tell Expedia to change THEIR listing as it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility to advertise for a third party vendor that none of the amenities are currently available. The hot tub (as advertised) is out of order, the gym (as advertised) out of order, and the elevator (as IMPLIED) is out of order. Don’t waste the energy and money staying here go to one of the other hotels within a 2 min radius.

I have stayed at radisson hotels all over the world. The guest elevator was unavailable, and was told there were no other elevators (how did the maids get their carts to all the floors?). I had to drag a heavy bag for 4 flights of stairs. They would not give me late checkout for one extra hour. The carpet in the room was stained and filthy. Breakfast was lousy. It’s obvious that radisson doesn’t really give a damn about its guests anymore. The hotel is near a homeless shelter where a lot of nighttime drug activity has been reported. I will be staying with other chains going forward.

There was constant construction inside and outside the building which impacted some amenities. Neighbors were talking loud at night and someone’s fire alarm went off at 4:30am, which was very disrupting and made me feel unsafe. The provided toiletries were very small and barely accommodated my two night stay. The staff was very kind in their services and my room was kept clean, but otherwise not pleased overall.
