This was a great place to stay for close proximity to downtown. A quiet neighborhood. The home has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, fenced in yard for our pup, large back deck. By far the best place we have stayed in Asheville! We will definitely stay here again. The host was also excellent to work with. Highly recommend!

The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything needed was provided. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

What an amazing pet friendly property within a couple of miles of downtown and minutes away from nearly everything! Did I mention Tia has thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need. No more buying pesky coffee filters. Need a to go coffee cup . Makeup Mirror, steamer, shampoo, conditioner, HUGE shower, cozy beds? She had thoughtfully prepared separate dog bowls for each of our frenchies and pug. Welcome basket! We can literally go on and on. Don’t be worried when you turn at Walker tires, this neighborhood is so safe. AND nearby Richmond Hill is a fantastic location for easy hiking, dog walks and Frisbee golf. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you Tia for providing an amazing pet positive experience.

The Host of this property goes above and beyond for the renters and their dogs. The Host provided dog bowls and treats! Along with a fenced in area. The house and property was very clean and well maintained. We will rent this again when in Asheville.

This is a very nice house, especially for people with dogs. It was very pleasant sitting on the front porch watching our 2 dogs play in the fenced front yard. We also enjoyed having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the back deck which included a gas fire pit. All of the VRBO houses where we have stayed have been clean, but this house was spotless. Also, there were lots of thoughtful extras like an umbrella, a portable fan, dog treats, and even some popcorn snacks. We enjoyed staying here and hopefully get to do it again sometime.

PC Sistas weekend

Tia and her family were awesome! We happened to be there during Hurrican Helene and were sttranded for a few days until we were able to get out of Asheville. It was nice to be able to stay in a neighborhood of friendly, wonderful people all looking out for each other. We WILL be back!

Anniversary celebration

We traveled with two other couples to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The home had EVERYTHING we needed, was comfortable and close to absolutely everything on our list of things to do. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others.

Great stay

This house was perfect for our family. It has been updated and is decorated so cute. The bedrooms were great sizes. We loved the fact that they allowed us to bring our dog! The front porch with a fenced in yard was great to sit and relax with our dog. It had a big deck off the recently updated kitchen! Very clean and cute house!

Spotless dog friendly house in a quiet Asheville neighborhood

No complaints about this house! We loved the quiet location but also being only a few miles from our daughter who lives in west Asheville. Our dog loves the fenced front yard too!

Clean and simply lovely

We visited with my parents, infant, and dog and the visit was wonderful. The check in was easy, the home was spotless, and the set up was great! Our dog enjoyed hanging out in the yard and the deck and our infant loved crawling around the large living room. We would stay again in a heart beat!

Quick Stop in Asheville

We stayed here on a road trip for one night. Spent most of the day away from the house checking out the sights but the house is clean and well maintained. Tina was wonderful to work with. I would recommend this to anyone wanting some place off the beaten path but close to everything you want to do in Asheville.

Lovely Getaway

This property has had a lovely renovation. It’s clean, comfortable and very well thought out to include everything you could need. Beautiful deck and fire pit. A short drive to downtown with many amazing restaurants. Host was a good communicator and the property was accurately described. Would highly recommend!

Great Location

The house was very clean and tidy. We were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We were vacationing in the Asheville area and wanted a rental that was close to downtown, restaurants, airport and the Biltmore.
