チェックインには事前のメールを確認しないと無理

チェックインの仕方がわからなく混乱した。 無人対応が初めてで、事前のメールに案内があったが、このメールを確認しないで当日チェックインの手続きしようとしたら自力でのチェックインほぼ不可能だった。 サポート連絡してチェックインしたが、その後は部屋も綺麗でとてもよかった。
