Room 4 was clean but fridge needs defrosting Tap handle in shower came off in my hand Breakfast menus needs to be put into compendium (we stayed there because of free breakfast) but when I went to ask for a menu nobody came to office even though I could hear people in the room off the office Bed comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and most facilities were excellent. The shower was great, hot water and very responsive. Unfortunately the toilet cistern was running when we arrived and we advised the management who said they would fix it while we were away. On our return the water was still running a little and we had to keep the bathroom door closed all night. Tried to let the office know next morning but there was no-one in the office.

The room was very clean, no issues. We were given a complimentary breakfast which we didn't expect at all and a special Christmas morning breakfast which was a lovely surprise and something they didn't have to do. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend Hideaway Motor Inn to everyone.
