unclean linens, stains on the bedsheets and cover. kitchenette was musty and may have mold issues. room was hot and air conditioning system failed to operate properly. manager replied the heating system was activated due to weather getting cold. Facilities were old, outdated, and not of the quality that was indicated on the website. Last time to ever visit your properties again.

Great value and location. AC did not work which was not cool (pun intended).

We enjoyed our time here Paying for parking was not expected

Room was very spacious and the set up was like an apartment for a reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go again.

Great Staff, great location, very pleasant stay for us!

Great location, room size was awesome. My back still hurts from the horrible beds. Even my 3 yr old noticed the springs poking up. Also the air con sounded like a 747 as it either was too hot or freezing.

Courteous, clean very nice area would come back again

I booked there for shuttle service., but the details about the service were not well explained.

Although this is an older facility, it's well maintained, very courteous staff, and extremely reasonably priced for the DC area.

I felt the room was clean. The bathroom tub was soft. The hotel overall needs updating.

I liked that the bak was ground level with a ramp, because we had a person that couldn't walk the stairs. I liked the elevators, it reminded me of an old hotel, which probably has a lot of history.

Sofa bed was so tiny we had to put our daughter on the couch cushions on the floor. Only fit one (small) person. Plus no blanket for the sofa bed.

I would only recommend because it was 15 minutes from National mall. Shower pressure was very minimal, card key had to be reset multiple times because we could not get into room. Room was nice size with kitchen, beds were ok. I may use them on my next trip but I will also look at others.
