Appartement agréable et calme
Un rĂ©sident vous accueillera pour vous transmettre les clefs et vous fera visiter lâappartement. Il vous indiquera Ă©galement votre place de parking. Le parking Ă©tant en sous-sol, avec une ouverture de portail par tĂ©lĂ©commande. Avis aux personnes qui possĂšde de grosses voiture type SUV, il faut avoir le coup de main pour rentrer son vĂ©hicule car lâaccĂšs est trĂšs Ă©troit !
Lâappartement se trouve au 4Ăšme Ă©tage, avec ascenceur. Rafraichi avec goĂ»t, cet appartement est agrĂ©able a lâoeil. Les lits sont fait, lâhĂŽte avait tout prĂ©parĂ© avec soin. Vous y trouverez une chambre parentale et une chambre pouvant accueillir un couple + un enfant ou 1 enfant et plus. Cette chambre est trĂšs pratique car le lit double surmontĂ© dâun lit simple est une trĂšs bonne idĂ©e. Les matelas sont confortables. Les deux chambres ont un accĂšs direct Ă la terrasse. Parlons de la terrasse qui est sĂ©curisĂ©e et cachĂ©e de vis Ă vis. Les propriĂ©taires ont installĂ©s une jolie rambarde en bois autoclave, qui monte Ă une hauteur dâenviron 1m40. Un enfant ne peut pas passer par dessus. Elle permet Ă©galement de passer de longs moments en famille. Vous trouverez dâailleurs des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©s dans lâarmoire de la chambre parentale.
Vous disposerez dâune salle de bain avec baignoire, lavabo et toilette.
La cuisine est sympas aussi, déco noir/bois, avec une table pouvant accueillir 4 personnes sans la déplacer. Au delà , il vous faudra la déplacer car elle est enfilée entre le réfrigérateur et le canapé.

Trés bien situé ,on a pas pu bénéficié du garage le fourgon ne passait pas en hauteur et le parking en contre bas est trés vite complet.mis a part ça nous avons passé un trés bon séjour et avons apprécié la discrétion du gérant .
